      This company needs to be reported ASAP. They are very dangerous for any patients they are helping. All you need to do is search through the reviews. Can we please get the authorities involved here to investigate this corrupt business.

      Express scripts is worst mail order ever
      Lie pretend like they sent medicine take ur money you get no medicine
      I say he I get my medicine thru *** so you can't be filling insurance only pay their part once a month so it's impossible thar you filled mine, been bleeding me dry for over a year, so plzzz drop them everybody drop them

      I’ve been on my medicine for 13 years didn’t miss a single dose, until I switched to express scripts. I missed 11 doses in 2 weeks. Worst pharmacy EVER. I spent good 15 hours on the phone with them got passed around to from one rep to another. I kept telling each and every rep that I was out of meds I need my meds urgent. Took them 4 days to check with my insurance and they shipped with slowest shipping possible! It took 6 days for my medicine to arrive even though I told them I’m willing to pay extra I just need my medicine asap. They DO NOT CARE! About you about patients about customers. I paid 1238$ for my medicine which arrived in 11 days. They do not support copay programs. My previous employers insurance was trough optumrx and they always rushed my medicine overnight for free of charge. This company ships it with DHL!! It took 6 days for my meds to arrive!! Rep was like “sorry this is process with every customer we just can’t rush your order”. First of all, these people think they work at pizza store. These are medicines peoples life depend on! They’re just so incompetent, can’t believe how some insurance companies work with them. I’m lucky to be alive.

      This is the most INCOMPETENT Co I have ever dealt with!. They pride them selves on THEIR LIES THAT THEY TELL YOU, and take no responsibility for their actions. I was told by them that my medication can only be delivered by Fed ex on a Tuesday or Thurs day. THAT IS A LIE!! They also sad the change was do to my insurance, AGAIN A LIE! I have messaged them thru their web site and have not received any answer about their lies. They refuse to correct their delivery problems, and calling them gets no results also!
      Their web site says my medication is not available for auto refill, However when I order my monthly supply, they call me at 80:30 PM to "schedule" my delivery. THIS SHOULD BE DONE ON THEIR WEB SITE!. They also say that med. can only be delivered by FED EX on Tues, or Thurs. WHAT LIES!! I recommend to any body that reads these reviews go to **********************************************************************  and make complaints there also. I WILL This place need to have their license revoked!!!!
      I wonder how many people will DIE due to their INCOMPETENCE and LIES?????

      No stars. They have expressly lied to me and my husband. Not just a misunderstanding. Lied. About costs, about what we are allowed to do with prescriptions, and about refills. They have horrible customer service. You never know if anything they say will be fulfilled and they have no repercussions. Somehow they stay in business and they never get in trouble. They cancel orders and never tell you. They take weeks to process a prescription just to be able to fill an order. They cannot handle having more than one prescription on file. And they will never give you a straight answer. About anything. Also, every single person you talk to there changes the rules. We had a manager price medication for us for a month. Then she wouldnt hold true to this because it would be a 32 day supply rather than 30 days - she would have known this when she did it, but she did it anyway. So they decided it was okay to charge us the entire months cost per 16 day supply. Then they have a shortage of meds - which is not their fault. But lying to us and never telling us that they are canceling an order is. *** filed a complaint multiple times about not being informed about canceling an order. Nothing ever happens. And they dont care one bit that kids go without their medicine. They dont care one bit that people are trying but are sick of their lies. Horrible company.

      This company charges me $0, $5, $10, $1300, or $3400 per month for one prescription. They cannot get simple information straight so I get charged the same every month.

      Absolute worst company to deal with, the level of incompetence is beyond belief.Trying to resolve an issue for 10 days.No one ever gets back to you, and you speak to a different person every time you call.No supervisors available to speak to either.The patient is placed I a no win situation and no medication.This borders on negligence

      If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the pharmacy that unfortunately we have to go through with our insurance and every single time we have a prescription that gets filled through them its hands down the WORST experience. Not a single person knows how to do their job and continues to tell you to call back the next week, which only leads you to yet a completely different person that states the same thing. Even the supervisors are absolutely useless and help to assist in getting nothing accomplished. For parents that have kids with special needs that require efficient and timely delivery of medications (*that are correctly processed with insurance), this company is an absolute nightmare. This company boarders on malpractice, if not completely accomplishing it. For the sake of patients receiving their medications (that pose severe health consequences if not taken) and not being charged an incorrect obscene copay, this company needs to be investigated. If pharmaceutical companies are held to any ethical or medical standards, I guarantee you they are violating most, if not all of them. I hope something can be done before someone gets severely hurt by this company.

      If I could avoid them for my specialty medication I absolutely would. They call you with automated voice messages and then ask you to call back and sit on hold. They charged over $6000 to my credit card, despite having a copay card on file that was used for secondary billing the month prior. The Accredo representative said the issue was with the company that provides the copay card. After calling the copay card company, confirming all was well with my copay card, and having their insurance specialist sit on hold and go back and forth on the phone with Accredo for 2 HOURS the Accredo representative still couldn't explain why the copay card wasn't billed or how to prevent the issue for next month. Accredo is miserable to work with and I dread it every month.

      Accredo is the ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy!!!! I literally don't have enough words to express the ***** disgust I have with what is consider a "specialty pharmacy" are you kidding me???? What they currently specialize in is ***** FRUSTRATION of a patient DILIGENTLY trying to obtain the NECESSARY life saving medication, but no one seems to care!!!! I called this morning at 9AM est. only to be told there was a glitch in their system and the prescription would be expatiated and someone would call me with my delivery time for the meds to be delivered tomorrow. As of 6PM est. no one from Accredo has called to confirm such. I called Accredo again only to be phone exchanged between 4 different people to repeat the reason for my initial call. Currently, I am on hold for a supervisor it's been 58 minutes and I'm STILL waiting...If you look at Accredo's reviews from today's date 1/24/23 back thru 1/10/22 ABSOLUTELY nothing has changed!!! Hey Accredo, please know that you are dealing with REAL people's lives...not an aspirin refill!!! I shutter, because this is what my insurance company calls my "new" pharmacy Lord, please help us all!!!
