      Always over booked. Agreement had an 8am pickup. At 12p the car still is not available. I booked this 2-weeks in advance, and they still cannot provide a car for me? Now I miss all meetings scheduled at the location I was trying to get to and waste an entire day dealing with a corrupt company. Step up BBB.........The government needs to step in just like they did with airlines. There should be laws in place to prevent such business practices.

      I rented a car to pick up in ******* ** and return in ******* ** a few days later.On the morning of the last day when I was set to depart for ******* the trunk latch would not hold the trunk shut - not good for driving in snowy conditions with luggage inside,. I called the ******* office to which I was supposed to return it and spoke with *******. She and I put our heads together but nothing worked. I needed to move on so I went to a hardware store in ********* and bought some bungee cords to hold the trunk closed; that worked fine.When got to ******* in the afternoon I went to the airport fully expecting to have to fight for compensation and other amends. I was very mistaken.I was able to speak with ******* again, by coincidence. She allowed me an extra day of usage beyond the contracted date and gave me a hefty credit for my rental, reducing it significantly. She also changed vehicles for me using the same type as the non-working trunk-car to make my extra day's use easy - no adjustments to a new system.I did not expect that at all !With this sort of outcome there is no rating other than a FIVE STAR that I could possibly give.I hope the management/honchos at Enterprise read these reviews so they can give ******* a much-deserved pat on the back and a big loud "Atta Girl ! "Rental situations don't always work out easily but this one sure did to Enterprise's credit, all because of *******.

      I have been treated really poorly at the rental car place now read the reviews Im not the only one this location feels they can do and treat people how ever they want with real for sure in what they can do to there customer I have tried to resolve this situation for over 3 going on 4 months and absolutely no movement with this company I spoke with Manager ****************** and **** and I see these are the same people every one else is having problem with too and havent given me a bill of any sort Totally illegal BBB please help me with this situation please I even called channel 11 news ***************

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been trying to get a rental vehicle for 4 weeks now. Originally booked a vehicle online, received a call after advising there were no vehicles available at his location. Called back and asked if my reservation could be transferred to a different location. Rep advised it could, confirmed with rep a vehicle would be available at this location. Then received another call back advising there were no vehicle available at this location either. Called back again and was transferred to a 3rd location. They advised me that mu conformation number guaranteed me a vehicle and they would reach out to a supervisor and they would give me a call back within a half hour. Never received a call back. Called again later in the week and explained the situation again. Was told they would send this to the area manager and they would call me. Never received a call again. Called again the next week, explained the situation again and that I still have not heard from anyone. Rep advised they would send this to the area VP and they would call me.Never received a call again. On the 4th week since I originally placed the booking and had not heard back from anyone.Called today to go over the situation again. Rep advised they could set up a new booking for me and send another note to the manager. Rep advised me to call the location myself to make sure there would be a vehicle available when I got there. No discount or upgrade offered for all the issues. Finally just received a call back from the manager. Nothing can be done about all the issues over the past 4 weeks. Would never recommend or use this company again.

      Enterprise How do you reconcile leaving a repeat customer stranded because they are needing a rental in a different city? We have been customers for many, many years, renting a vehicle again as recently as a few weeks ago. You would think that would earn some kind of loyalty to us as customers but apparently not.We have prided ourselves on being low maintenance consumers. We had several issues with our most recent rental and instead of asking for any sort of refund or submitting any complaints we simply alerted the attendant when we returned the vehicle.We have only ever rented vehicles from your company but will be reconsidering our options from here on out for both business and personal use.Dont bother feeding me the company line about policies. If you are motivated to keep your long-time customers you will find a way to rectify this situation.

      I have been trying to get a rental vehicle for a week. I have reached out to several locations and I've had no success. I recently have talked to two people in the department of escalations. The last representative **************** transferred me to another store and was not willing to help me at all. I am still without a rental vehicle and need one to get my car fixed. Please be aware that Enterprise representatives are not here for the customers. Enterprise staff do not take the time to really help the customer but pass off the responsibility to the customer to find the owner ********************** vehicle. I do not understand if you are a rental car service why the customer is responsible for finding their own rental vehicle. This has happened a few times. Customer be fully aware ******************** will not help. If I could score them a zero I would.

      Enterprise rental car has disappointing in every kind of way they could I have reached out to everyone regarding my situation I cant believe that they have not gave me a ******************* to this day they will not come to the phone when I call them at ************* hills offices I had bae who is supposed to be a manager who called my phone screaming at me I am a 54 year older woman what type of company are they running here corporate doesnt call you back at all

      I originally rented a car at East hartford CT location through my insurance liberty mutual. The white corolla 11/21 5 days after having it while I was with my 1yr & 13yr old. They missed school. I got told to wait 4hrs for a tow truck after they already told me contact uber. I took uber to the airport rd hartford ct location got a Kia soul swapped out. The Kia soul was hit while parked on 12/1 which means I have no rental 12/2 & 12/3 & I called 12/1 & 12/2 providing Corona auto parts where car was towed + claim number + report# was told get a car 730am today from west Hartford.After taking a lyft was told I could not get a rental because east hartford is still open. Instead of the csr calling he told me to call or go there. I have no transportation &3 kids.
      After waiting on hold with the East Hartford Connecticut Enterprise for over 1 hour the manager rudley got on the phone and told me I did not report the accident as I was supposed to. I call 12/1/22 accident occurred and recorded for proof meanwhile the other driver is threatening to shoot us I still called enterprise. I called again Saturday morning and was told everything was fine and it would be reported to the regional manager and I can pick up a new rental on 12/5/2022. The manager at the East Hartford Connecticut deliberately acted and insinuated I was lying about contacting them and snapped on me and told me if I want to rent another car from them I have to pay a $500 deductible although the person who hit the rental that was parked at my home address om file has insurance. He said they would handle that but there was no way I would get a rental without paying them that $500. He had no remorse or respect and would not look further into things. I am taking legal actions as a result because this treatment is not right. As a black woman we are not all rude I was being kind respectful honest and courteous and that is not enough.

      Ridiculous! Worst customer service ever! Left us sitting on lot for 3 hours!! Had reservations for a month!! Couldnt find the reservation, wasnt willing to put the effort in to finding it. Contacted insurance company and they confirmed the reservation has been in for a MONTH. Was suppose to have a truck, they assured us they would have one. Get here and they have no trucks which was what the reservation was for. No trucks available while workers were steadily driving a truck around. They said the truck had wrong tags on it, but yet they was driving it in and out of the parking lot, down the road multiple times! Absolutely horrible. Would NEVER recommend, or ever go there EVER AGAIN!!

      After I had an unpleasant conversation with a woman who at the time worked at the West Colonial location, I believe her name was ******* cannot remember her name I'll refer to her as ***** she placed me on a do not rent list. Wow I've been a customer for years well I guess it all worked out for her I hear she now works for enterprise corporate my suggestion to you is that you please keep these self entitled *****'s out of the local areas she obviously was not used to people standing up for themselves (She was totally disrespectful) or she wasn't going to allow me to speak up for myself , Enterprise you are not too big to fall #Do Better
