1 starI booked a reservation online on July 30th. the ********** location give me a call today to tell me the model I choose is sold out, and because I booked after hour, the inventory is not up to date at the time. They sold out almost all the desirable models, only offer cheap alternatives. Then I agree to cancel the order. After the initial call, I search online, it still shows the excat model I booked available for the excat time frame, so does the other high end models. I then call for a reservation, it get me to the call center, and it shows just like what I can see on the website. And the call center representative successfully booked another reservation for me, for a different model, which the location told me sold out. I then call again to the location, same answer, with s*** atitude through out. It happened about two weeks ago, I was in the market for a rental, at that time, it shows on the website that everything is sold out. So it's not hard to take it offline, so everyone who is trying to book a order can have other plans. And that way, customer don't have to book the order in the first place. And the location don't have to call each customers to tell them it's sold out. You have to respect everyone's time. I was trying to tell them just take the models you don't have offline, so it makes everyone's life easier. Don't make it available online and save the time for both parties. And the entire time, they don't feel sorry what so ever. And they don't want to resolve the issue at all, pretends they don't understand a word. Only ask about the do I need to book with the cheaper model instead. I'm giving you sincere suggustion to make your business better and that specfic representative's life easier so you dont have to call everyone tell them it's sold out. In exchange, they have the worst attitude I ever seen in any rental locations across the nation. Even the cheaper companies have better attitude than this. Enterprise is know for customer service, its absurd.Review fromAlfonso C

1 starDONT EVER RENT FROM THIS ************ I was called by the agent that they may not have my full size SUV vehicle less than 48 hrs before my trip. I reserved this vehicle over a week prior to pick up date and I need this type vehicle because my daughter is in a wheelchair and i need the space for the wheelchair and we will be 6 people traveling. This is unacceptable that they are telling me less than 48 hrs before my trip that you wont have my vehicle. And then I was told they will call me less than 24 hours before pick up to let me know if they have a full size SUV. They called and they didn't. When I try escalating and I got a number to call the agent I spoke to said they will let upper management know at Corporate and hung up on me. They cannot play with people's lives like this.Review fromSheila B

1 starI am not happy with the treatment I have received. I rented a car, and after dropping my keys in the drop box in a timely manner I was charged for a day that I did not use. I am very disappointed. I don't know what is going on over there, but it's not right.Review fromAshley M

1 starMy husband and I used this Enterprise to get to the **********************************. While the process and car were fine, the support team at this location, as well as the customer service, and their shuttle driver to use to get to the airport have been quite nasty. During transport the shuttle driver drove away with my luggage before my family could get all of our items off the shuttle. Me and my husband were traveling with three children under the age of five and had suitcases and car seats that had to be removed from the shuttle. After flying across country I put in a lost item claim with the company and the nightmare began. They sent an email to tell me that my luggage has been found and that I can ship my own items out for nearly $200. My personal problem is that if the shuttle driver had not driven off, I would have had my luggage on the plane with me and this would not be an issue. Well I cant get in contact with this location at all because whenever I call the number the phone rings and then immediately hangs up on me. On top of that, when I called their number for lost and found items, their customer service team was absolutely disgusting to me, refused to listen, and refused to help. They hung up on me and ignored every single call I made after. They then resent the same email where I could choose to either donate my items or pay the $200 to ship my items across country. Mind you I was not rude on my end, I just want help getting my items back.I tried reaching out to support through chat and they were both incompetent and unhelpful. The first chat representative claimed I could message the email back that sent me the info of my bag, even though the email is a no-reply email. The second placated me and told me they would get in contact with this location, then ended the chat. I have not had any contact with this location at all. This whole process has felt like a ripoff and a scam and I wish I never used Enterprise for transport.Review fromShanti S

1 starHello on June 3rd i booked a reservation for a 7 passenger van for the dates July 28- August. A week before my reservation was scheduled to be picked up i received info from my sister who rented from you all that there was a recall on the vans so she had to end up getting accommodated for a expedition. Even though enterprise never called and relayed anything about the recall. I called Wednesday the 23rd of July to ensure that i would be accommodated and would be able to get a vehicle. I was reassured i would be. I arrived at the enterprise location ******** 2 hours before my reservation and sat for 3 hours being told that a vehicle would be arriving from the ************ location. to be disappointment that they only had three row vehicles left and i could not be accommodated because i was using a debit card and not a major credit card even though you all messed up. So not only did my son who was going to ***** to compete in junior Olympics not get to go and was crushed and crying because i could not get the van to get him down there i lost $1400 on last min hotel cancelation. So thank you enterprise for ruining my son dreams but not accommodating a frequent customer, The manager ****** ****** was not training to accommodate or fine a solution at all. then ****** ******* stayed in the back the entire time and allowed one worker to try to help 7 people. **************** is very distasteful and disappointing. I have purchased a vehicle through enterprise as well as rental serval cars.Review fromEric D

1 starEnterprise is stealing from their customers. ********************** is invoicing me for $4487.65 for alleged hail damage. This was preexisting damage on a ***** equinox that already had ****** miles on it. There was no hail storm the week I rented this vehicle and absolutely no damage occurred during my rental term. The vehicle was rented in ******* and had old marks and dents all over the vehicle. I pointed the old marks and dents out to the supervisor/inspector, and he said it was noted as he continued the walk around the vehicle checking for damages with the tablet. Moving forward he gave me the keys and I got in the car with my wife and left. One week later we returned the car in **********. The supervisor walked around the car with me and said ok I am good to go. This was normal to me because absolutely no damage was mentioned, and I knew the car was in the same condition as I picked it up a week earlier. After no communication of claim to myself, I find out through my insurance weeks later that Enterprise is holding me liable for this old damage. I called Enterprise in ******* and they said they did not put the claim against me and that they sent it back to the agency in *******. I called the agency in ******* and they said it should not have been claimed to me but unfortunately it was and now I have to dispute it.This is unbelievable that a paying customer gets abused like this. This may be a scam because I did not get the Enterprise insurance which that they were pushing hard at the rental counter. I declined their insurance because I have full coverage with State Farm and I am a very responsible driver. There was no hailstorm and no new damage this is fraud and theft. What happens if my insurance disputes as they should, Enterprise will use their resources and come after me for $4487.65. I am going to have to get a lawyer, who has time or money for this. I will keep fighting but will probably lose to these thieves. ****************.Review fromAnna S

1 starStranded 13 Hours from Home with 3 Kids Enterprise Let Us Down Ive been a loyal Enterprise customer for decades, but after this experience, Im not sure Ill ever rent from them again. While traveling with my three children, I had a reservation at the ****************** location. When I called to sort out a complication, I was connected to a representative who could not understand English well enough to help. I was hung up on multiple times while trying to explain the situation. Eventually, they canceled my reservation entirely, leaving us stranded 13 hours from ******* make things worse, there was no way to reach the local branch only international call centers with no authority to resolve anything. After hours of stressful calls, I finally got the reservation reinstated. But it didnt end there. After returning the car, I realized I had left my wallet inside which contained all of my ID and personal information, as well as a special commemorative coin given to me for my volunteer service. I filed a lost item report right away and two days later, no one had even viewed it. No phone number, no follow-up, no accountability. Just silence while I lie awake at night, anxious and unable to sleep. This was hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with Enterprise. The lack of communication, compassion, and support was shocking. Customers deserve better especially those whove trusted your brand for years.Review fromjohn c

1 starI had a very unpleasant experience at this location. An employee named ****** treated me with disrespect and arrogance. I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and spoke politely the entire timeyet he spoke down to me and tried to educate me in a very condescending way. Im 40 years old, and it felt completely inappropriate. There are cameras at the location that can confirm I was respectful. I usually tip service employees to show appreciation, which makes his behavior even more unacceptable. I do not recommend renting from this branch.Review fromJessica B

1 starI am beyond disappointed with the behavior of this establishment. They initiated a claim against my auto insurance and falsely reported that I was responsible for damages I had absolutely no part in causing. This wasnt just a simple errorit was a complete misrepresentation of the facts, and it has put me through unnecessary stress and time-consuming efforts to defend ********* is both unfair and unprofessional to manipulate information in a way that impacts someone elses record and financial obligations. As a customer, I expect honesty and integrity, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Disgusted is the only word that truly captures how I feel.I urge others to be cautious and document everything if you ever find yourself having to interact with them.
