Rented a car on 9/18/2025 was told by agent that they only had one car left took car because had to pick up senior citizen mother from work. Was assured that when i came back next day that i would be able to swap car. I was given a choice of three cars. Choose a car and was told that car had to be cleaned waited for *************************** traffic to get to place. After waiting then agent came back and stated that there was only one car i could get. Had my mother sittinmg in car in heat. Paid over $600.00 for a car that was side swiped, was making noise, and water light came on. I have rented from Entreprise lor over 4 years and have paid thousands of dollars and this is how a person was treated. They should be shut down because that are true rip offs never rent from them. Because you will not be satisfied. Had a very important event at work and am very un happy.

********, KY is a terrible Ive been with company for years never had a problem. There is now a new manager and I am told I can only rent cars no trucks or anything I have a debit card and a **** credit and they refuse to use my *********** credit card. So I had my caucasian friend call to see if she could rent a truck with her chime card and she was told yes no questions asked so I will be filing a Discrimination Lawsuit ASAP because this is unacceptable. There is no way possible someone like this could be a manager and causes a company to lose money Ive been turned away a total of 3 time in one week and I have my twin brothers wedding to attend.

I had a car reservation at Enterprise Rent -A - Car in **********. I was bullied & publicly ridiculed. I have never in my life had such unprofessional, uneducated, customer service in my life. ***** is a very tall, large, overweight, unproportioned man. He stood over me yelling he was not going to rent me car because I was questioning why I had to show auto insurance. When I never had to do that before. ***** immediately became disgruntled when I asked to speak with his supervisor. ***** told me a lie & said he was the store manager. He had already told me lie saying when my fianc made the car reservation he checked off to show insurance. I was the one who made the reservation & this was totally false. When I asked for his supervisor contact information he refused to give it to me. ***** yelled at me to get out of his store when i was trying to get a business card for corporate office. He said he was calling the police. I was not yelling at him. I was not using profanity. ***** was sexist towards me yelling for my fianc to come get your girl. Who talks to someone like that? ***** said I was banned form that location. It was very clear ***** has Mommy issues & can not articulate a conversation with a woman that questions his employer policy. I totally understand there are adults with learning disabilities. However, I would say he needs retraining but I ***** is too far gone for that. His employment with Enterprise rent a car needs to be discontinued. I took a picture of ***** I am forward to their corporate office. I am going to request corporate view the location video camera on that day & time so they see how disgusting ***** treated me. We ended up going to Budget getting the car for cheaper& a extra day. My employer has a contact with enterprise. I let our HR department know about the verbal attack & public humiliation i received from Enterprise. I just can't believe how a company like Enterprise can have a sexist bully ***** representing them. Shameful.

SAFETY RELATED ISSUE with rental that Enterprise NEVER responded to: Rented a Chrysler mini van in late June 2025 from Enterprise Car rental in the *********, NC airport and plan was to drive from ** to ** and return at the Enterprise rental office in ********, **. When driving (entering **), we experienced a deluge of rain. The car windshield wipers started to work and then stopped. We almost hit another car. We pulled to the side and played around with the settings. Turned off car and restarted - then wipers started to work. Wiper issues continued on/off into **. I called enterprise about 20 times and no one has ever responded back to me. They were not interested in identifying the issue so the next person that rented the car would not have this safety risk. I also asked for money back, but again they never responded. Will not rent from them again. Very disappointed that a car rental company is not interested in safety. ********* *.

I was promised multiple call backs since mid-August, overcharged, never refunded, and then added to a do-not-reserve list without notice. **************** is nonexistent, unresponsive, and clearly shows they dont care.

**************** at *********** ********************** on 08/08/2025. Young man at the counter checking me in did a great job, the young man issuing the rental was polite however, he did a terrible job describing the rental agreement and was very rushed. He promoted the add-on of fuel service option described at $2.99/gal, not realizing that it was based on a full tank. I asked him how to get the screen to show my Apple Play (GPS), he indicated it was a signal issue and to wait till I got off airport site (code for I don't know?). What struck me as presumptuous was he asked what I did for a living and indicating that he's trying to get ahead and what he would have to do to get a job like mine. Returning the vehicle, young man asked if I received good service and I said at check in no, he offered to lower the price of my bill if I would give Enterprise a 5-star rating. I told him thanks but no thanks. Our university gives three rental companies to choose from, next time I will choose National or Alamo and spread the word to other to do the same.

Too bad cannot use NO stars. Briefly, rented, returned car in same condition, got a bill 6 weeks later for $5000 worth of damages, storage and towing. File dispute, got denied. Complained to BBB, and they ACCEPTED canned response that I signed contract, oh well. Found out car headed to auction. Enterprise first admits they will pay storage, towing. Contact FL State Attorney General and sent copy of letter to corporate. Ask to SEE car. Turns out auction pulled from sale. THEN, get letter from Enterprise, admitting to fault and closing claim against me. So much for BBB help. USE SOCIAL MEDIA to your advantage. Contact local investigative reporters, post on local pages warning local customers and go to the TOP of the chain of the company rather than BBB (who also get NO STARS for this, who wrote "sorry it was not response you were hoping for"). This is the "current wide spread scam" right now of rental car companies charging multiple customers for damages that were "too small to report" on renting the car....wonder how many were in the line whose insurers who paid for a 2-year-old car with 52K miles on it and multiple paint dings and small dents they were trying to hit me for. DO YOUR OWN FOOTWORK and FIGHT!!! It really does not matter what you sign, take your own pictures, be your own advocate.

I had a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road for over three hours. I called enterprise several times and each time I was given a longer and longer wait time for the tow truck. The only reason I was able to leave the side of the highway was because the police talked to Enterprise and refused to allow me to continue to sit on the highway. The police wanted to drive me home and was so nice to me. He took me to the nearest gas station and enterprise called me an **** to get a new rental. My road side assistance was absolutely horrible.

We rented a car from 309A N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613, picking it up at 6 PM and returning it the next day around 9 AM at the Dallas International Airport location. A month after, our insurance company notified us that Enterprise charged us thousands of dollars for alleged hail damage.
This is completely inaccurate. There was no hail that night in Leander, where the car was parked overnight. We have international ticket that shows we flew from Dallas on the day of return and 214 miles driven as evidence that the only place we drove to was Dallas in that car. In fact, weather records can easily confirm that there was no hail in and around Austin and Dallas in that ~12hrs period. I am aware that there was a hailstorm in the Austin area weeks earlier, so it appears Enterprise is attempting to pass off pre-existing damage to unsuspecting customers.
When we called the local manager to dispute the charge, he simply said he couldn’t help. At the time of rental, we inspected the car and saw no visible damage that an ordinary customer could detect. Now, Enterprise is trying to hold us responsible for something outside our control.
Unfortunately, after the fact, we discovered that many reviews online complaining about fraudulent practices at this location of Enterprise. We regret not checking them beforehand. It has been a complete waste of our time and energy dealing with this issue, and we want to warn others not to rent from this location—or Enterprise in general.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same unpleasant and unfair experience.

I made reservations online for a pickup truck on August the 14th 2025 to be picked up on August 16th 2025 I received the phone call 20 minutes before my scheduled time of pickup letting me know that there were no vehicles available this resulted in me missing out on some weekend work so I rescheduled a pickup for Monday August 18th 2025, I made the reservation's over the phone was asked if I was using a credit card or debit card I told the lady I was using a debit card she said okay as long as the addresses match for the debit card and my license then I received another phone call just prior to me going to pick up the vehicle stating that I needed to use a credit card for the initial pickup but could use a debit card when I return the vehicle this was not told to me when I made the reservations over the phone with the young lady. Long story short I never got a rental car from Enterprise because of all the running around and misinformation online stating that vehicles are available that are not available at the locations. I will be sure not to contact Enterprise for any future business.
