      Miserable and unacceptable experience. Companies performance was offensive, unprofessional, disrespectful, discourteous and unacceptable! I will never rent from Enterprise again! I had to cancel my activities and failed to complete my obligations for a day and a half and had three different vehicles from Enterprise in four days. The first vehicle died in my garage, wouldn't start, had to be jump started and the push button start functioned poorly. On the second vehicle, the automatic transmission didn't shift automatically, had to be shifted manually and the push button start functioned poorly. The third vehicle was okay. Enterprise falsely accused me of smoking in all three vehicles and said they were doing me a favor by not charging me to detail all three vehicles. OUTRAGEOUS AND UNACCEPABLE!!!

      We arrived in ******************** on august 9th, we went to the rental car right at the airport all were gone, no cars to rent out. then we took an **** to where we're staying at. while we were on the way, i called enterprise to rent a car the next day, he said no problem and even offered to pick us up at 11am the next day for the rental car location. the next day we waited and no one texted us nor called us about it , so i called again and they said they didn't see any note about it for picking us up for rental car. then they put us through round and around , it was big first and second day vacation nightmare. talking to customer service that bounce us back and forth. then finally they get us to to the "central" office don't know where and we told her what happened... she just said "oh wow..." then all of sudden she just connected us to "feedback machine" that asked us to rates their service between 5 (the best ) to 1 (worst), i clicked 1. right after that machine said "thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate you, GOOD BYE!" then beep... disconnected. this cause us really in emotional distress! never again for enterprise, this business should be shut down!

      I returned the car 2 days early & was still charged for the 2 days the car was returned, saying I paid for the weekly rate. I would have kept the car for those 2 days had I known.

      **************************************** is running a crooked business they are blaming damage on their customers for charges and keeping deposits and trying to ruin your credit and make you pay for unrelated reasons.

      DO NOT rent from Enterprise! They will scam you. We rented THREE cars in ********* to drive to the airport after our cruise. I rented them through *******. Don't use Expedia either.We wanted to return the cars to HOU but my son's family ended up leaving from *** so we ask the agent to change the return. He said that was fine and did not mention any fee. Not only did they charge a fee of $165 for my son's car, they charged us $135 for each of the other two cars for "returning to the wrong location." Why would we return the cars to ********* when we rented them to get us all to the airport?!I will never rent from Enterprise again and neither should you. This ******************************* does not care about their customers, only their bottom line.

      DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS ************ I was called by the agent that they may not have my full size SUV vehicle less than 48 hrs before my trip. I reserved this vehicle over a week prior to pick up date and I need this type vehicle because my daughter is in a wheelchair and i need the space for the wheelchair and we will be 6 people traveling. This is unacceptable that they are telling me less than 48 hrs before my trip that you wont have my vehicle. And then I was told they will call me less than 24 hours before pick up to let me know if they have a full size SUV. They called and they didn't. When I try escalating and I got a number to call the agent I spoke to said they will let upper management know at Corporate and hung up on me. They cannot play with people's lives like this.

      I am not happy with the treatment I have received. I rented a car, and after dropping my keys in the drop box in a timely manner I was charged for a day that I did not use. I am very disappointed. I don't know what is going on over there, but it's not right.

      This location have no respect for great customers I have been renting car for over 15 years with Enterprise and some lady put me on the Do Not Rent for no reason,i paid them almost $1400 dollars for my last rent and i was over charged for the car that was supposed to have been free upgrade,and they also charged me for gas and i put the gas back where it was when i picked it up from the they even charged me for a whole day that i didnt use they will never give me a call back and now no one no who is responsible for putting me on the list this is the second time this happened to me,I drove a hour in a half to talk with some new manger that could not help with this no one will give me the area manager name .I have been told over 6 times that I will be taking off the do not rental list and this was going on for months.I need answers Asap,I have free rental days also ,The lady was very rude to me over the phone.

      Had reservation to rent an Enterprise truck. Confirmed twice including the day before that pick up would be at noon. When we went to pick up the truck, they told us truck rental closes at 11 am on Saturday, our pick up time was entered incorrectly but we could pick up Sunday. When we returned Sunday, truck rental was closed and we learned it doesn't open on Sunday. All the customer service numbers i called were closed or unavailable. Emailed customer service too and never heard back.
