      I had a great experience ************ location in ********** ****** and ****** did great work they really helped me out to get the best vehicle And they both were so friendly and helpful and the service was superb. I will definitely refer my friends to this location . These 2 Are so professional and amazing thanks so much for your help with your great attitudes it made my Birthday weekend even that much better !!!! Thanks again ****** and ****** much appreciated..??????????

      Enterprise used to be a good company but has now become completely disreputable. Rented from Enterprise twice this year. Both times despite having reserved a car had to wait for them to get a car from another location. Both cars were filthy and one had multiple scratches on the hood. The rental reps were nasty and unapologetic. (Except one from the first rental who lobbied me to give a great review for that return.) Have now called Enterprise over ten times to get an improper additional driver fee of over $200 reversed. Every time I call Im told that someone in upper management will call back in ***** hours but no one ever responds. Completely unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      If I could leave ZERO starsI would! Dont do business with Enterprise Scam-A-Car! I used Enterprise when I had a an accident. My car insurance company paid the balance AND Enterprise charged me for the same amount. Double dippers!!! They used deception and corruption to steal over $1,000 from me!

      If I could leave no stars I would. I reserved and confirmed a rental car for a funeral I needed to attend. When I arrived at the counter to pick up my car at the airport they informed me my reservation had been canceled because they ran out of cars. They did not notify me by text or email just said sorry and did not provide any alternatives. When I asked what I should do because I was stranded they just repeated sorry not sure. I checked with all rental cars agencies and they had nothing available without a previous reservation. I ended up finding a rental car company offsite which cost $50 more and also had to pay for an Uber round trip to pick up the car which cost another$75. This is a poor way to conduct business and I will make sure I warn other people in the future.

      Car offered was filthy, floorboard were dirty, car had numerous scratches and the front wrap around bumper was loose and flapping.Numerous nice cars on the lot but was told they were rented.Might have something different in a few days. Was told by salespeople that we could duct tape it.Terrible disappointment from a national car rental agency.LocationTexarkana *****

      I rented through insurance and the guy never told me that I could have used my Epass Toll. They charged me $91 as they dont give you the full information,so they can charge you as much as they can. I will never recommend this company to rent. They say one thing and the next day you find an extra charge for something that you didnt knew. Is like taking the money from your account,like theirs to take. Thieves!!!

      First time renting a car in *********** ******** I decided to go to Enterprise on ******* Street I had the best experience **** got me in and out super fast also ******* had wonderful customer service very respectful and ******** made ** laugh a few times 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

      I think they dont know how to treat customers. I was told there were no cars to rent, maybe tomorrow, told me I was on a list, again no car next day still on list, was stranded at hotel for the week and no car and no call. Would have been nice to be treated like a customer. You surely dont deserve any stars.

      I requested a larger suv and they just refused , there was a
      Yukon sitting there and refused to rent it. They stuck us in a mini
      van ,wich we hated . Then have not refunded my 300.00 deposit . They
      keep. Giving me the run around . Van was returned washed wiped down
      ,vacuumed and full of gas . Crooks is what they are !
