      You listen to the Enterprise ads "We'll pick you up ". You listen to this on the phone when you are on hold with Enterprise " We'll treat you like family", "We'll go the extra distance for our customers", AND "We'll pick you up".Today- I needed a car and 2 Enterprise facilities said my repair shop wasn't in their coverage area. The latest Enterprise facility said I would have to drive 14 miles (27 minutes) in a direction opposite from the repair shop to get the rental car because I am "too far away". The repair shop is 5 minutes from my house. The Enterprise explanation "I don't have people to drive around and PICK PEOPLE UP". Plus, I couldn't understand the call center person. I have lost faith in the Enterprise organization.

      Enterprise in Freehold on Thormorton Lane has the worst customer service group, they were rude, and not helpful at all. I had a reservation for a rental to pick up my car at this location at 3:30 pm, to get a rental they promise me. When I got there they have gave my car to someone else that morning, then they didn't have the car I needed so I couldn't go home.. They are the most unprofessional people to deal with and they didn't make a effort to my needs. I will never deal with Enterprise again...

      So unhappy and frustrated. Long story short, I ordered a car for 22 days in March, and added on car seats so I didnt have to travel with them. It was like $13.99/day for each seat, but a *** of $60 each. I logged on today to make a modification to my reservation because I wanted an all wheel drive vehicle, and saw that the car seats on my reservation were now $307 each (before any modifications). I wanted to confirm that the $60/seat would be honored, so I chatted online and then called and spoke with 7 different customer service members. No one helped me. Some of them insinuated I was lying because they dont have promotions for non-enterprise members and this $60/car seat mustve been a promotion; others said what they see in their system is $13.99/day for 22 days so nothing they can do to change it (Ive been told this simple math equation 10+ times today, as if Im stupid and dont understand the math as to why it is now $307/seat). Another lady told me that Ill just have to talk to them in ****** when I get there and theyll probably honor the $60 price. Im not waiting till I get to ****** with my hands tied to find out its still gonna be $614 instead of $120. So I cancelled the whole **** reservation. Im just glad I caught this now and was able to cancel. I will never use enterprise again.

      ********************************, and **** at the Enterprise located on ******* in ******* ******** are the absolute BEST! Kind, through, efficient, and concerned for the customer!! Thank you all so much for helping me while my vehicle was in the shop!! Truly all three are assets to the company!!!!!!

      It is very unfortunate that when you rent from Enterprise, their damage claims are iron-clad. I was driving and the rear window shattered all over the inside of the car, even hitting me in the face. People can lose control of their vehicles that way. It is impossible to find a visual cause (pre-rental inspection) for bad repairs, or defective windows. Just know that you will be charged for them. Please be cautious and remain in full control of the vehicle as the unexpected can happen, and it will still be your fault.

      Awful experience. I need someone to get back to me.
      I originally asked to rent a Rav4 from your site. I get there and the young man offers me minivan. Why on earth did you let me select a suv if there is no availability for a suv ? Why do you make false promises to your customers? You don't even offer the product on your site how unprofessional.
      And then I needed to get a swap because of an accident. I hope you guys also waste your vacation time trying to get a rental back. I cannot believe i wasted so much time and effort. No one communicates. I was told to go in office and they didn't have a car for me until the next day. The Enterprise ( I was TOLD TO GO TO FOR MY REPLACEMENT BY YOUR AGENT) told me to come back the same day.
      And when I DID, they said to "come back tomorrow at the end of the day" and they'll have a car for me then. WHY DID YOU MAKE ME PLAY GUESS AND CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY?
      WHY COULDNT THEY SEND ME TO A LOCATION WITH A CAR AVAILABLE FOR ME? I hope you guys also play guess and check with your vacation time so that someone may understand my situation.
      PLEASE HELP. I am NOT PAYING FOR THE DAYS I DID NOT HAVE A CAR. You did not hold up to your part of the contract. I did everything I was supposed to do. I was told by your service agents SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS AVAILABLE. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME, I DID YOUR AGENTS JOB AND HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH EACH PERSON.
      THE ENTERPISE IN SOUTH BEACH MIAMI FOR MY REPLACEMENT NEVER CALLED ME, I CALLED THEM.
      I did your AGENTS job for them and let myself know when the car was ready. I had to follow up on them each time.
      God the lies and miscommunication from your phone service agents, to in person have been awful. I am still waiting for ************** to help resolve my situation. They transferred me to my local branch and have not heard from anyone yet. I never got my issue resolved and now ************** is asking me to rate my support.
      WHAT SUPPORT?! LOL

      just want people to know that when you feel safe renting from this company that they will pulled over in a stolen car ?? issue out, and you will be pulled over by the police ?? /shaiff department and you will get victimized on behalf enterprise by the police by! enterprise rental car and they will not give you any heads up the day of you getting foxtroted! And then they will not communicate with local police enforcement thank you ****** ****** for having a heart and compassion ?? I love the blue for understanding my situation but f you enterprise your lack of compassion and understanding I'm a 6 figure individual ** /farther with ****** my situation is a direct result of failed transmission and a warranty that reference me as my escalade platinum was in the repair shop with process pending at the transmission shop since December 19 thank for your time **** enterprise call me if you need something dh ??

      I was traveling for holidays and booked my rental car from Enterprise at ***********************************************************. I was helped by the person name ******. She was amazingly nice and very quick to get the rental process finished. Even though it was a busy time because of Southwest Fiasco, she helped us with the car upgrade for a very reasonable rate. When I returned the car, I complained about the smoke smell in the car and she apologized and gave me credit for that. They also helped our family to drop off to the airport. I will highly recommend to rent a car from this location when you are in *****.

      My car broke down on me in *********** and my Chysler Extended Warranty stated I had to rent a Chrysler product from Enterprise to get reimbursement. I went online and there were no options for Chrysler products. I then tried to call Enterprise and no one would ever answer the phone. After several hours I gave up. This appears to be an awful company to deal with and a very poor requirement by Chrysler.
