Booked a reservation for Jan. 31/23 on Jan. 30/23 at ****************** Bypass location. Dropped my truck at the body shop and call Enterprise for a pickup. At that time we were told there was no vehicles available until Feb. 2/23 and that my reservation was for Jan. 30/23 at 8:30AM. That in it self is ridiculous as the reservation was not even made until 11:23AM Jan. 30/23. I am now without a vehicle as I was not going to reschedule the repairs for my truck. By far the worst case of incompetence ever. Do not trust this company to do their job.

My vehicle had to have a repair for about a week, so Enterprise rented me my first vehicle, which ended up having issues (overheating) light. I reside in *******, which is far from **********. I filled up this huge full-size vehicle, which had about a 1/4 ***** **** cost me $86.09. I expressed my concern that the vehicle was overheating. Immediately, the manager contacted other locations & found one in Olympia Enterprise to get me in another vehicle. The only vehicle left for replacement was filthy, & staff told me their vacuum wasn't very good. Before issuing a vehicle to a cust., you'd think it would be thoroughly cleaned. It didn't happen, I cleaned the vehicle myself. Olymp. Enterprise waived the full tank when I was experiencing problems returning the replacement vehicle to an empty state. I requested a refund for the gas I had put in it the problem vehicle. The manager told me my credit card would be credited once I brought back the current vehicle. I did tell her I filled up that tank as well, but my own vehicle had to stay in the shop for one more day because there was something wrong, so they had to fix it. The vehicle ended up being used another day. Apparently, I returned the vehicle with a 1/4 ***** No refund was issued. The company should acknowledge that a vehicle with issues could be a dangerous hazard to a customer and should be fully inspected before renting it. In addition, considering the fact that I have had to go to a separate location to pick up the replacement vehicle which was filthy. Lastly, they told me I could bring the vehicle empty because of that. I find it ******** they cant issue a refund. The manager said was closed out, she couldn't issue me a refund, but give me a discount on my next rental. This story came as no surprise to me. Words are twisted so that a customer thinks they are being helped, but in fact, the end result is a Loss. This $86.09 loss is theirs to shove up their own rear ends. Karma will strike them.

January 17, 2023 - I went to pick up my rental which was some type of crossover.
There was a very articulated and frankly, strange representative, who immediately told me I had been upgraded to a brand new red jeep. The whole thing seemed rush and off putting.
He brought me to the jeep, didn't tell me anything about damage and didn't comment on the large amount of very small rock chips on the front windshield.
When I got in the door and said something along the lines of, that windshield has seen better days, he disregarded the comment and told me to have a good trip and went inside.
I thought the whole thing was strange, so I took pictures of the windshield.
Fast forward to January 20, 2023. I received an email from Enterprises loss prevention telling me they are submitting a claim against me. I called twice, and was eventually told (by an incredibly rude lady), that there was a cracked windshield when I returned the vehicle.
I submitted pictures of the cracked windshield to get the conversation started, havent heard anything but have heard numerous complaints from others that this exact same thing happened to them, only for it to be brought up months down the road once evidence has been deleted, and their contracts have been shredded.
I'm hoping to resolve this, as I do have timestamped pictures just after 11 am, in the parking lot immediately after being shown the car which clearly show the rock chips that were present on the car.
I have no doubt in my mind that this odd gentleman is committing fraud and most likely was at fault somewhere down the line, when he decided to magically upgrade me to a brand new car that was conveniently rushed, and waiting directly outside of the doors and not in a typical parking spot.

My vehicle was in an accident the insurance company that I went through told me that they use Enterprise car rental for there rentals so called them. By the way I'm from ************************ I went in to get the vehicle they only had two avaliable the guy stated that they had just came in and he hadn't checked them out and told me to go look at them to see which one I wanted so I did. Well I looked in one of them and said I'll take this one because the bumper was hanging from the other one. My wife looked in it and said it had dog hair and dirt in it but being the body shop said my Truck would probably take a day or two I said well we will take it. When I bought it back the guy never checked it he was only concerned about me giving a survey about the experience or something and took the key and said thank you for choosing Enterprise and you should receive the deposit back within two business days. We'll I never received it and got an email from my insurance company that we had $150 worth of property damage to the vehicle plus they had pulled another $13 dollar from my account this was false we barely even used the vehicle I've tried calling ********** office but they wont answer my calls because the have my # on file.

I will NEVER use their services again!!! The employee did not do a walk around with me, just handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. I rented the vehicle for 7 days but returned it on the 5th day when I had purchased my own. Upon return the lady noted that there was a crack in the front bumper with animal hair in it and that I did it when I know I did not. Not only are they trying to keep my $300 deductible but their refusing to reimburse me for the additional days that I had paid in advance for. ?? very disappointed to say the least.

Be aware if the car your renting from Enterprise is equipped with an E-Z Pass, which mine was, you will be over charged for the tolls when you get your credit card statement! I had my own E-Z Pass when i went to the rental office to pick up my rent a car, the girl at the desk said not to use my own , that there is one already installed on the windshield. I was a little concerned about that from the start. I was charged 2 1/2 times the toll what it should have been! $45.00 all together. I started calling everyone i could within Enterprise, i got nothing but the run a round and finger pointing, it's another way to ***** you for more money, be aware if your state is one of the states that use E-Z Pass, definately use your own ( if you have one) or you will pay!

Their people are friendly, but that's all I'll praise them for. I reserved a midsize and got charged for a midsize, but received a compact. After I left I realized that the wiper was broken and had to fix it. When I stopped for dinner, I came out and the car wouldn't start and I got locked inside (eventually got the door unlocked). I had to get a hotel because there were no replacement cars available until the next day. All that was available was 1 economy car and was told that there would be a price adjustment when I turned it in. Two day later on my trip I needed the wipers and the fluid didn't work. When I turned in the car I was told they couldn't make any adjustments, I had to call the original rental location but they put a freeze on the charge until it was resolved. It took 6 phone calls before someone answered the phone. He said he would credit 2 days for my inconvenience and talk to his supervisor and call me back about reimbursement for the hotel. I had to call back 3 times and he still hadn't been able to reach his supervisor. Then ran the charge for the full amount (midsize car). I haven't had any trouble with Enterprise before, but I will never rent from them again.

I went to the enterprise in downtown ********** ******* and it was the most horrible experience ever. I was in a accident and my insurance company gave them a reservation for a car. I went in the a.m. and I was told by a customer service rep at the store that no cars would be available until after 3- 3:30 pm. I called at 2:31 pm to get a update and the guy told me a car was ready for me and to come there and it didn't take but 15 minutes to get there. When arrived the manager got up from his desk and told the csr that he would handle it. The manager told me that it would be over the amount the insurance company allotted me. I asked him if they could take me 3 miles to the bank and he told me "we can't do that we dont run a taxi service"and then told me that they can't hold cars and which I told him that the guy told me to come get the car. I called state farm (CSR was awesome) and she said that whatever the cost of the car they'll pay it and she never heard of a account not having enough money and she sent my reservation to ***** and also filed a complaint. I also did a complaint with enterprise corporate. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE NOT!!! GO TO THE ENTERPRISE DOWNTOWN ******************! They are rude, lazy liars that doesn't know their job and don't care about their customers.
