      I rented a SUV and as we crossed over in another state the check engine light comes on the whole 7 hours,we were stranded for 5 hours until the tow truck came. And we waited several hours in freezing cold temperatures in Michigan to get transportation to the airport to get another vehicle. **************** sucked I couldn't understand them, the billing is closed on the weekend with no help to find out who pays for Uber. Three adults and one infant. No where to charge our phone for this emergency.. I'm very disappointed in your service, car rental and the Mgr asked me to give his store a good rating bc he didn't want a bad rating. I was extremely upset at his non caring attitude towards the situation. I hold enterprise rental accountable for not checking my vehicle before I got on the road..we were all late for work and I'll never use this company again

      The *********** location cancelled our reservation 3 days before we were to pick up rental (Thanksgiving week). We booked this 5 months in advance, got an excellent *********** cancel at the last minute. The manager refused to accommodate us. This was poor customer service!! I was appalled & was have never seen a manager not care like this. Be aware that ******* location does not care about its customers & will leave you high & dry at the last minute.

      This company is such a rip off the customer service *****. You cant get anyone to own up to their mistakes. My sister reserved a vehicle in ********** ******** and when they went to pick it up, the vehicle was gone they never mentioned to my mother what time to pick the vehicle up and that was her first time renting a vehicle so their customer service and their communication was awful, they sent my dad all the way to *********** to pick up another vehicle after telling him that they were going to call them for my dad. No one at the enterprise in *********** received a call and did not care was rude to my sister and my parents then we tried to rent a vehicle from the *********** airport , they were rude there as well so my brothers girlfriend rented a vehicle for the next morning at 8 oclock and surprisingly they had a vehicle to pick up the vehicle was supposed to be back by 3 PM on Friday. My sister made it there by 2 oclock, and they still charge her a late fee and she had the paperwork to prove that she dropped it off on time and the guy literally told her that he already put it in the system as late and he was not able to change it but she was there 2 oclock. This company is a rip off do not go through enterprise. I know theres not a lot of companies you can go through to rent a vehicle, but this company has to be put out of business. They are a scam. The customer service ***** they are liars and they will scam you out of your money.

      Enterprise youre really doing a number.I have reached out numerous times to be taken off of a do not rent list, solely for a 59 dollar charge that I wasnt even aware of. I have been having request put in multiple times to wait for a non existent department to let me know the outcome. A 50 dollar charge? A multimillion dollar corporation will place someone on the do not rent list for ******************************************************************************************************************************* business. I need someone to reach out and correct this issue , there should be no reason at all that I have been waiting for 5 MONTHS! To have this issue corrected.

      The last email I wrote to CEO *************************** on 11/20/2023 Regarding a reservation for a one way rental from ********, ** to Northern **/Southern ** (initially).4 phone calls, 2 emails.I made a reservation for a car for a one-way rental on Tuesday, 10.24.2023. I got a call that the 1st location in ********, ** that they were not going to have a car for me and they referred me to a 2nd location. The second location, in ********, called in the afternoon before my pickup the next a.m. saying they didn't currently have a car for me. It really left me in a bind as I was going to get home with a ride from my daughter when I met her in southern **. She was also traveling with her 3 month and 19 month old boys and was planning on my assistance for the 6-hour ride home I ended up taking 2 flights home that totaled 253-. I am asking that you make this right as I expected better service. Thank you,*********************** PS This is my 6th attempt to get this resolved. I called **************** on Wed. 10/25 , Fri. 10/27 and Mon. 10/30 each time a pleasant rep. told me someone would get back to me, I have not received any callbacks. I sent an email on 11/3/23 and received no response. I called **************** again on Mon. 11/13 and ended up speaking to ***** on the Escalation Team and he suggested I call the local ******** office but decided it was time to contact someone else entirely.

      ****************** is the BEST! Ive rented cars from the ********************) location repeatedly and his service *** attention is always top notch!! Highly recommend!

      I rented a car for thanksgiving holiday for 5 days to drive to ********. I made it to ******** okay but on the way back their 2019 ******* Sonata broke down on me in ***** **. Their roadside assistance had me sitting in ***** ** at a gas station for 5 hours and before a taxi was sent to me and when the taxi was sent to me they had them drive me to ************************* where their wasnt any cars available!!!!

      True story people. Rent a car from this company 11/23. I know it's a ******** but I'm not getting the car for free right?. To make a long story short, the car had problems, stopped on the hwy, My family(including my 2 kids) 5 hrs (no lie) on the hwy waiting for enterprise assistance. After being waiting all that time, I called the hwy patrol to notify that I was leaving a car right there. I waited 6 hrs total for enterprise to show up, not a soul by the time I left. I would like to give this company way down below 0 star, but ****** wont let me.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. Drove an hour to get a car because mine was in a wreck. No car. I know multiple people this has happened to with this horrible garbage company. They're lucky I'm not the one paying or I wouldn't be using them. Will never use them if I need a car I am paying for. Do not recommend them.
