      I recently had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Enterprise Rental Car in ********, **, and I must say it was a nightmarish experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. ************************* and *********************, the supposed pillars of customer service at this establishment, proved to be nothing short of a disappointment, with their poor customer service, a facility that looked like it had been forgotten in the dark ages, a rude demeanor that left a sour taste in my mouth, and a blatant disregard for attention to detail.*************************, in particular, demonstrated an impressive mastery of rudeness. He seemed more interested in staring into the void than addressing my concerns. It was as though my mere presence was a bother to him. I had to endure his condescending tone and dismissive gestures, leaving me questioning whether I had unknowingly wandered into an establishment that prided itself on driving customers away.********************* was no better. His careless attention to detail left me astounded. It was clear that he couldn't be bothered to ensure that the paperwork was accurate, and any attempts to seek clarification were met with impatience and annoyance. It's disheartening to witness such a lackadaisical approach to what should be a straightforward process. In conclusion, my experience with Enterprise Rental Car in ********, **, was a fiasco, thanks in no small part to the ineptitude and discourtesy displayed by ************************* and *********************. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear unless they have a masochistic desire to subject themselves to subpar customer service, a filthy business environment, and a complete lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your rental car needs.

      Had initially an unusually bad experience, being stranded without a car after having it confirmed. However, the Enterprise reps at Riverdale ** branch of enterprise were so good at solving the issues that I have to recognize it is still my favorite car rental company. One hour delay, but thanks to them, a happy ending.

      Worst rental experience. I set up a reservation a day prior to pick up only to find out that they do not have a vehicle available. After calling all locations in wny I found that they had no vehicles available! I tried calling coperate and was promised a call from a manager but that never happened. **************** is nonexistent!

      Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the company that my insurance went through when my car went into the body shop, which is been in the body shop six months now my insurance ran out, and I had to pay for it on my own. I could only afford to keep it for a couple of months because it was putting me behind on everything and Im a senior, raising four grandkids that struggles like the rest of us do I was late a couple times paying my balance due due to the way my pay cycle felt I kept in contact with them. They worked with me. Everything was going OK at one point I was late for about a week and a half I had told the manager of the store a Sahara that I would be in on Saturday and I would get that paid at one point they said OK and then somewhere along the line Enterprises office got involved and risk management got involved, and when I went into make the payment, they told me I had to turn the car in leaving me stranded so I did, but what I didnt realize was they put a restriction on me that states I can never rent a car from enterprise again now that is absolutely ridiculous , my complaint is the fact that I cannot get anybody to contact me back to discuss this. They told me I have to talk to risk management. They wont return my phone calls emails nothing. The body shop that my car is at try to rent a car for me. They wouldnt allow me to rent a car, even though the body shop was paying for it . I am now missing work , as I have a bad back and cannot walk to bus stops . All I wanted to do was talk to them and see about getting that ban against me lifted as I have to be able to rent a car and get my family to school and such . I am seeking help please . Im being penalized and *** treated simply for being late , which is wrong but I kept them informed and the local office was ok with things , the corooostepped in and did this without even contacting the local office according to the manger of that store Please help

      I recently completed a trip to ****** and rented from Enterprise. Catching the shuttle was fast and easy. I was in and out in no time, with very friendly and helpful customer service by *****. I was walked to my car and even got assistance getting my heavy suitcase into the back seat. The car was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Upon my return at 5:00 a.m. I was assisted by ******, who was again very friendly and helpful. It was fast in and out and I was on my way to the airport. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around.

      Rio grande, ** LOCATION. Enterprise claims I damaged their car (wait until you see the photo). I dropped it off at caliber who was fixing my regular car. Enterprise claims they have it on surveillance camera that it was a pristine car (beater jeep with 50k+ miles) but they wouldnt email me surveillance photo or full rental documents from Their system (you sign elecronically). This minuscule dent on the roof wouldnt have been seen during the walk around. I dropped it off at caliber and later that day enterprise picked it up. It could have happened at caliber (their vendor partner).I would avoid this place if you can. If you have NO OTHER OPTIONS, Take full video of the car the roof the undercarriage, EVERYTHING. They are clearly doing this as a fundraiser.Its been several days and no response on my deposit. Poor service. Skip this place. Id be happy to take this review down if I hear from the DM with a resolution.

      I have a reservation code from ***** because my car is on warranty service. I reached out to 2 Enterprise locations and they told me that only **** cars can be rented with this code, but they didn had ********. I called10 times to Enterprise and no-one tells me where can I go to pick up a **** car, they just don't understand a simple information that i need. So i supose to go to each Enterprise location to try to find a **** car??? They can not look in the system and let mne know where to go????I just need to know, which Enterprise closer to ********** has a **** expedition (or similar) available to pick it up!!!!

      Horrible!Talks down to women using "baby talk."Cancels reservations without notice, leaving you stranded. Then tries bait & switch to rent you a car at a MUCH higher rate.NO roadside assistance if an Enterprise car has mechanical failure. Jump-start, tow, etc are at your expense!!!COMPLETE FAIL! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

      We rented two cars from Enterprise while on vacation. I cant say enough about how smoothly the pickup and drop offs were. The people were all very friendly and helpful and the cars were in wonderful condition.

      Enterprise ******* ** if you want to be treated completely rudely by a so-called manager. I had reservation and tried to downgrade me and I said no. Asked me ridiculous questions about personal things and then basically told me to rent from someone else because I was NOT going to get into an Enterprise car, so I DID. **** was glad to rent me a car on the spot for just a couple of dollars more.This "manager" is complete proof that Enterprise has lowered their standards tremendously for putting "this" person in that position. I have a lot of points with Enterprise and I'm going to use them up and then NEVER go there again.
