      I just wanted to say that **** at the Enterprise in ****** **** is absolutely amazing. He has worked with me on two different rentals, both of which were through insurance, but then I needed to carryover to paying out of my own pocket, and it was never a problem when I needed to keep the car a little bit longer. He made sure that he did everything possible to make sure that I had a great experience! He is an amazing employee and he deserves a promotion! If I need to rent a car this is where I go because I know that I'm going to be treated amazingly! If you need a rental car go to the Enterprise right there in ******! Ask for ****!

      Enterprise Rental Cars has drop boxes at some locations like Troy ******** However, if you use on on Friday you will still be charged for the entire weekend. I called corporate and they told me they have no problems with being unethical for an extra $100.00 a day, which mind you was only $47.00 in ***** **. I called Corporate back and I sat on the phone for 30 minutes getting passed around from person to foreign tech support company till finally they asked me to call back and they would connect me "collisions" ***** Of course this has nothing to do with a car collision and the point is they will unethically part you from your hard earned cash any slimy way they can. Caveat Emptor ---Will not use nor recommend them again.

      My customer service was EXCELLENT each time I rent from the **********, ******* location. The CS agent (*******) is extremely PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and very KNOWLEDGEABLE! I would recommend this location to EVERYONE! The staff that I have met was amazingly INVITING. They GREET you even when they are busy, such as ***** and others.. This location should be the example for all other locations.

      I reserved my vehicle which was supposed to be a F-150 or equivalent to make a day trip to ********************** two weeks in advance..The morning of we received a phone call telling us the only truck they had came back with body damage. They then tried to offer a minivan the representative only measured the outside not the inside. Upon measuring nothing would fit. They never offered to call any other enterprises to help find a truck nor did they tell us there would be a $300 deposit be placed. I haven rented from enterprise before but I will never deal with them again. Theyre not helpful and only care about their local office. I went to two other enterprises and still no help. I can honestly say if this is the best enterprise has the really need to evaluate who theyre hiring and their systems used for reservations. Showing online you have something then not is fraud.

      They purposely scam you out of money for tolls even if you have an EZpass account that is paying for the tolls separately. They do not want to accept responsibility for these actions. They have had a previous class action lawsuit filed against them for this matter. The only reason I use Enterprise was because I had it through Geico for an accident. This is the second time it is happened. So not only did I pay for tolls through my E-ZPass account. I also had to pay all the fees for Enterprise. I'm out $350 all because Enterprise steals money from customers.

      Over billed for rental. Called customer service, she (Kristi) said will be 7-10 business days to get a refund if one is due... My insurance company par's with Enterprise, and the manager verified they would cover most of the rental, they had the claim number, and would be paid directly however, I was charged the entire amount. Now after dealing with a manager that is not customer service oriented, ( he took the liberty to scold me for wanting what I had reserved in a car rental, and my choices for insurance coverage, assuming I was too cheap to pay for good coverage). When on the phone with customer service rep Kristi, she didn't want to hear anything about it. Cut the call off stating I could fill out a survey. So, here it is. Go anywhere else !! I would have given a zero star rating if it were allowed.

      If I could rate 0 I would they are a total rip off at *************** office. Rental Agreement # ****** Ref # 2RWFQZ Your staff is extremely unprofessional and liars.I asked if I could pick up at another location? I was told no because they were the only office that dealt with the body shop my car is being repaired. That was a lie. I was promised that if I took the **** Explorer that they would make sure they would try to obtain the economy car by next business day. The next day I called early in the morning 7am to confirm they had an economy car and was told no. I informed them that i would be returning the next morning as soon as they opened to close out my rental. I arrived at 7:30 am and no economy car was still available and asked staff to close out my rental car. Staff in turn asked me to return in 2 hours to see what he could do. Staff called me at 145 to swap the explorer to an economy car. At this point I asked staff would he be switching the cars on the invoice and putting in an extension? He said yes. On 12/9 I received a call informing me that I failed to return a car and they informed me I had an outstanding balance of ****** and tried to charge my credit card which declined. I was also informed my 300 deposit is. now forfeited. As I questioned the staff member she became downright irate and spoke to me unprofessionally. In conversation with this rude employee I informed her obviously there is some mishap on enterprise part that needs to be looked at as I returned the explorer on 12/7. Staff continued to be rude and informed me that I would still be responsible for the 579. 00 in addition to tge ****** that was taken on 12/7.My bill was charged with additional insurance, gas reffuel and an additional day for 12/11 which shouldve happened as I was there early enough not to be charged a full day of rental. Overall this office attempted to charge me nearly **** dollars in a matter 12/5-12/11

      I have been a customer of ********************** for many years. My relationship with Enterprise has ended. The insurance company contacted Enterprise for a rental. To start things off, It is extremely difficult to reach them on the phone, rings and rings. My vehicle was finally ready almost 6 weeks later. after the accident. I had arranged to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday. I called the of office of Enterprise located at: **********************************************************************************. When I finally got through, I spoke with the manager. He was extremely rude and told me he was the only one working and he could not leave his store. He said it was my problem not his, and he said I would have to pay the weekend until someone could accept the rental vehicle. Let me give you some back round. South ******* is overrun by Snowbirds this time of year. One would think at such a busy time of year, the so-called manager would have arranged for additional employees to work ? One would think. I asked him to give me the phone number for corporate, but he refused. I did reach out to corporate and was told I will be contacted by the district manager. If the manager of that location is the best Enterprise can do, it's s good thing I will never use their services again.

      I am highly dissatisfied with this location. I am a loyal customer to ********************** and rented from the location in ********. Upon return, I noticed that my SUV was missing from the lot. I asked about the whereabouts of my vehicle and was informed that it was towed. However, I wasnt informed of the parking rules. Someone should have let me know where to park my vehicle or provided the best option for my vehicle. I also could have sent someone to pick up my SUV. The lack of information caused my SUV to get towed which caused stress and a grand inconvenience after coming from vacation. I am highly disappointed and displeased. A solution needs to be made for the inconvenience.
