      Called in advance to ensure they would allow us to travel into ****** with a rental as advertised on their website. They confirmed we could with a full size car or a mini van and that we would need to pay $34.99/day for the ******* ************* at time of pickup. We continuted as agreed and reserved the car. Upon arrival at the airport we were told they changed their policy and were no longer allowing anyone who reserved a car after December 1st to travel into ******. No phone call, no warning, nothing. They couldn't tell us anything other than "that's just what our general manager told us today". I was left stranded in the airport with two small kids trying to figure out what to do next. We booked flights instead of driving the entire way because of their word. If you tell someone something on a recorded call, it should be honored.

      RUNNN! This places lacks the ability to do safety inspections of the vehicles. They rented a car that had extremely bald tires. They were falling a part from never being aligned. Not only will they risk your LIFE to turn the cars fast. They will try and blame you for it. Corporate is impossible to get ahold of. Been waiting over a week for management to resolve this negligence. Left me stranded and had ti pay for a $46 Uber to work. After seeking a professional opinion of the condition the tires were in, the tirs on the car I rented from here, have not been aligned or inspected for week. I worried that they are not doing the property safety inspections for the vehicles at the property and are putting lives ain jeopardy every day they are open.

      I think it is absolutely horrible that this is the only place to rent a vehicle and just because you are closed on Sundays ypu FORCE your customers to pay for an extra day that they DONT need! Money is tight for everyone and every ***** counts! For you big shots to be so greedy is appalling!

      Terrible service the 2 employees I interacted with were very rude seemingly having no sense of customer service. The tricked me into paying more they charged me and not my insurance for an amount double that which was stated. I was forced to first pay more for an over sized car ** thats all they had despite having days to prepare. Then they made me come back. They gave me a tiny ********** which smelled like an armpit. It was bad I could smell it on me through out the day. Here is the store in question. Not that Enterprise cares. Just look at that one star rating. ***************************************************************************************** They are deceptive. They lack integrity.

I was having just an alright day before I was greeted by her beautiful personality and professionalism. I just wanted you and your company to know that shes definitely a keeper. Thanks for your service.

      I picked up the car from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on ************************************************************************* and returned it to another on *************** in ************, **.The Branch Manager should NOT be a Manager as he was unprofessional from the very beginning of my experience of renting with Enterprise. He was rude, code, unaccommodating, and his actions were very "tic for tac" for lack of better phrasing.The return branch was almost similar but not as bad. The customer service representative was the only one working and therefore I had to wait about ***** minutes which wasn't bad in comparison to my experience at the time of pick up but what she did after I turned in the keys was also sneaky and thus unprofessional.Also, I submited a complaint through their toll free number and was told that the Regional Managers for both locations would reach out to me and its been over a week to date and no one has called. I understand it is the holidays and all but its not like its Christmas eve or Christmas day.I've rented with Enterprise in various locations and states and while I have heard others complain of the unprofessional behavior and practices of its employees, I must say this was a first for me.My advice to anyone needing ******** for business or pleasure, go to TURO or similar apps as the process is much easier, the communication is more direct, and the people renting have more of an incentive to be polite, courtesy, and accommodating as they are not a major corp hiring individuals who display with their actions that they simply do not care.

      We booked an intermediate car at 8:00 am ("member" status) in ***** ** for a 5 hour trip. We received a text confirmation the day before. When we got there all they had was a 2 door Mustang. With 4 adults, one pregnant, this was not an option. There was no leg room in the back seat. We left with an apology and no car. We called the corporate number and was told an Enterprise 30 min away had cars and an SUV, so we confirmed. When we got there, the young lady told us she didn't know who we talked to, but they had NO cars available. Again, we left with no car. Hence, no one helped us find another car, we were just going from place to place. We finally drove to the airport and rented from **** at a higher price including facility fees. Three hours later, we finally got on the road. We didn't arrive to our destination until well after dark, this missing our first day of vacation. I also left a review on their customer service site and heard nothing. No more Enterprise for us.

      It is very clear that this company does not know what it is doing. I had a reservation that was confirmed. The time was pushed back.The regional manager's email I was given was bounced back to me.It is an absolute disgrace.

      The best enterprise in the world is *****************! MERCEDEZ AND ****** are the best!!!! ****** went out of her way to get me the exact car I wanted and they had me in and out so fast very impressed with ******** AND ****** THEY REALLY CARE!!!
