      Horrible experience from start (12/21/23) to finish (12/29/23) The branch manager (***********************) is a liar, unprofessional and rude. Made numerous complaints through customer service beginning on 12/21, spoke to customer service AND the regional manager (*****************************) on Tuesday 12/26 and thought everything was good but then our experience got even worse upon returning the vehicle in 12/29. Then spoke with CS AGAIN on 12/30 AND we STILL have no resolution to this

      Reserved a vehicle on 12/26/23. in *************, **, Upon arrival, no vehicle or comparable available. Had to drive personal car on trip. Extremely cramped on **** mile trip. You Cant' rely on Enterprise to provide the reserved vehicle. Will Use Hertz next time.

      Enterprise is trash. I reserved a car a month ago and they scheduled me for a noon pickup. I get there and they said we close at noon you cant have a car. Mind you the guy is still there but their system was already down and hes super sorry (was not super sorry). He blamed it on the reservations department. They called the day before to see if I was flexible about car size but failed to mention the literal time they told me to be there will be too late. Who schedules a pickup for the same time they close?

      Same as last review. I had a confirmation number but showed up and no cars available. Major problem! *** said a glitch in system as if we are supposed to believe that. They over book plain and simple. Dont do business with such an unprofessional organization. Should have a zero star option.

      Ridiculous to charge service charge for tolls that you were told to drive thru and not stop to pay. Total toll charge was **** with a ***** service charge. I will ******* ever renting from you again. I shouldnt be penalized ** I was told to drive thru and not stop to save time well it would have been a lot cheaper to stop and pay the dang toll.

Not only did he help me load my bags into the rental car, but he also took the time to familiarize me with the key features of the vehicle I rented.       I have rented cars from various companies throughout the country, even rented exclusively from enterprise for 6 straight months, however today, this morning after contacting this ********** location twice yesterday and speaking with reps to assure myself of no problems when I arrived this morning only to incur problems, they asked for all these documents proofs or residence eyc, I showed check stubs, mail etc, (which I asked if & what was needed prior in speaking with 2 ppl the day before) to have this delay and problem cost me alot, therefore I encourage any & all to spend your money with any other rental company Hertz, etc., I found others that are alot better in servicing their customers and actually appreciate their customers, customers are the reason these idiots behind a desk lying to people have jobs!!!! F_ck enterprise, never will they ever get a dime from me

      Rented a vehicle for 4 days from Enterprise as my vehicle was in auto shop. Also took out their liability insurance for 4 days. Returned the car after less than 2 days as my vehicle was fixed. They refuse to refund me the 2 days I did not have their car and the 2 days for the insurance. Stay far, far ai from these people they are BAD business. They are deserving of their poor reviews and thus heed this warning or be prepared to be ripped off. They lie and are dishonest, desperate for a good review however. Do yourself a huge favor and go with a reputable car rental agency. You will be glad you did. Stay away from Enterprise.

      Would never get a car from them again they don't care about customers at all. They money from people that supposed to call insurance. They want you to call them.
