      Done with enterprise. My family has used Enterprise for years. My wife had to keep a car another day and drop it off at a location 30 miles away. Enterprise is going to charge us almost $700 when this was a weather related issue. I would look elsewhere for a rental car company.

      Agent asked for a lot of personal financial detail unrelated to car rental. Manager's only response "do you want the car or not?"

      I was forced to rent a vehicle due to a accident in which I apparently did not have rental coverage with my insurance. Initially it was an easy experience. But I continued to be charged after 11/30/2023 when my contract ended. Causing two of my credit cards to go over limit, dropping my credit score a lot! I spoke with the manager **** (Surfside location) who claims he closed my account, but again my card was again charged for $407.05 on December 13, 2023, which he denies but my bank now claims that they say it was a valid charge. I will now be taking legal action.

      Bad business with their we will pick you up scam. East Greenbush, ** location refused to pick me up. Then customer service rep. backed him by stating that Enterprise basically doesnt offer that service anymore. Will call my insurance company to remind them of whom they choose to promote. Their customer service is non existent. If I could I would rate them a zero minus.

      Reserved a car and was told in the day to pick up that they didn't have any cars available and would call me when they get some. They never called....very inconvenient.

      Vehicle selection at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in ******, ***** location was very limited. However its customer service was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, and workers were honest.I left behind in my rental vehicle a small wallet with my driver license and couple Credit Cards inside without knowing. Fortunately, the cleaning team members found it and returned to the office. One of the staff called and let me know.Thanks to everyone at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in ****** *****.

      I will never rent a car here again they took over $600 out my account for no reason and will not give it back. They also are keeping the $50 deposit and keep saying you should have it but i never received it. The manager doesn't help just sits on her **** while the employee scam customers and give attitudes when you dont give them money for unnecessary fees.

      awful experience with *************************** and customer service three reservations not one car even with the reservation then they banned me or something this is ridiculous I've rented with them for 4 years how terrible.

      Rented a vehicle on 21 December to attend my Grandfather's funeral. (Flew from ************* into the **************). I only drove the vehicle to my destination and rode with family while I was in town. On 23 December I attempted to start the vehicle to drive to the airport (about 3 hours away). The vehicle would not start and read "push button malfunction-have inspected". Called the roadside assistance number to have it towed. That was annoying but after an hour of giving the lady my coordinates (very rural Alabama) she was able to give the tow truck directions. I wasn't going to press the issue and just pay the charges for the days I used the vehicle. The roadside assistance lady told me that everything was handled and no further action was required from me. I tried to give the ************** enterprise a courtesy phone call anyway. 12 of them actually. No one picked up the phone. After a few days of being home I received an email from Enterprise requesting when I intended to return the vehicle that they had possession of. I called the customer service number provided and they stated that they would submit my issue but I needed to speak with the location I rented it from.20 more attempted calls to Mobile Enterprise with no answer.Now they are attempting to charge me for 3 extra days. All of which Enterprise had possession of the car. Apparently, I morphed back to Alabama and dropped the vehicle off on the 26th of December.I would be embarrassed if my company was that bad at communication across departments. In the end, I'll just let AmEx deal with them.
