      If I could give ERAC Car Sales 0 Stars I would. I went into ERAC in Islin ** to buy a car for my son. I showed them my credit score which was in the excellent category and they expressed credit would only be run once, they had me initial 7 pages of documents (no need to read just initial and sign at the yellow) and a moment later it came back as excellent; however, my bank which I have a credit service with alerted me my credit was run 8 times lowering my score 37 points. The manager ***** just smiled and said congratulations on the car for my son and made light of it. The next day 2 other banks ran my credit for a car loan for Enterprise Rent a Car , Car Sales. I got a call from ERAC Car Sales the next day about giving them a review and I asked to speak with a manager. ******* was reluctant and said someone would call me back. Tomorrow is the 7th day for the return car period and honestly think we will return it as ERAC Car Sales is NOT truthful and tries to push things off or not answer. Overall they should be more upfront that they are going to shotgun your credit vs asking you if you'd like to contact your bank to obtain a car loan which would have done less damage to credit score.

      I used to be a valued customer with ********************** and then they put me on the do not rent list because my mother in law took the rental I had in the driveway without my knowledge and ended up getting pulled over. I got it out of the lot they towed it to within 10 minutes if it being there and had returned the car back to Enterprise. I told Enterprise to file charges on my mother in law for taking the vehicle as I did not give her permission nor did I want to lose my relationship with them because I rented vehicles from them quite frequently but instead they put me in the do not rent list and no one will return my calls when I call and beg and plead if there is anything I can do to get off of it. Now my mother in law is allowed to rent from them and I am not, even though I was a preferred customer. Very disappointed how ********************** has treated me as a valued customer for the past several years. I cant even rent a car with my insurance company if something happens to my vehicle because they use Enterprise and they will not remove my name from their do not rent list.

      When I rent a car, this agent told me that, insurance company pay everything about rental car. I returned this car after 3 weeks and they told me that again you will not pay anything. ***************** pay all prices. But after 5 months, enterprise chantilly charged 505,75$ from my bank account. I dont accept that. They sold damage waiver package and they didnt tell me that. I wanna get my money back.

      We were hit by one of your rental trucks and after contacting countless departments at your company, no one would take an incident report. I was specifically told by multiple employees to never use the words, claim or report or no one in your company would touch it. The person at our local branch openly mocked me because he knows he can get away with it. One person told me you have GPS tracking on all vehicles and he just laughed out loud when I suggested that you might. The local branch rep said, he definitely wasn't going to help me. When I asked about GPS he laughed hysterically and stated, Go ahead. Call corporate, call claims, call anyone you want. Good luck with that! You track that down! Hahaha! No one is ever going to help you! Hahahaha! Then, he hung up on me. This is the one person everyone at your company said I had to get a case number from or no one would be able to help me. No one in multiple divisions would start a case so you attempt to look for the person who returns a damaged truck. I understand it's a long shot, but it's what the police told us to do after filing the police report. I was repeatedly told you have ***** trucks on the road and you have no clue where they are. I find that hard to believe. It's clear that you have no system in place for non-customers who want assistance to report a hit-and-run renter. You rent trucks to companies for 2-3 years so they can hit people, cause property damage, and flee the scene of an accident and you will protect them, the criminal! No wonder your renter told us to f*Ck off and sped away. After two days of calling and countless Enterprise employees, they basically told us the same thingto f*Ck off!

      This company is a mess, i show up to the rental car place after i land from ****** to find out you can't use credit/debt cards ! No where did they inform me they don't accept credit/debit cards with a out of state license. The information sent didn't state that policy. This company is garbage and won't rent from them ever again. Called customer service nothing. They gave me the managers number only to find out it's a wrong number. I highly advise to use another company. I have rented many times in the past and never had a problem with using my card.

      Confirmed reservation is meaningless in ****** ********. This has happened now twice to us. You make a reservation, and it is not honored. Sorry, no cars available. Like other reviews, they string you along hoping a car comes back. And if a vehicle accidently comes back early it is usually something you don't want. **** poor management or maybe even fraudulent business practices.

      This is the 1t review I've ever written, but feel I need to. Now I see how low Enterprise's rating are. This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I reserved a sedan, for while my vehicle is being repaired. My insurance company pays $40 per day and I said I wanted to stay within that amount. I also said I didn't want an extra car, and I was told it would be a Camry or a similar sedan. I was told they may be able to comp a little larger car, like an SUV, but that will be decided at that time I get there. I said I want to stay within the $40s. They have one **** Edge, which suddenly is about $4 more per day equaling about $30 every 3 days, including tax. No sedan. Why did I make a reservation? It's taking approximately 3 weeks to repair my vehicle. I get a call asking how my experience went. I call back and tell them. They put me on with a manager. I don't remember his name, but he needs a job not dealing with the public. Some people have an entitlement, or rude attitude, more so these days. He said his notes said I asked for an SUV, which is false. He obviously heard what he wanted to hear, and was argumentative on the phone. A great way to deal with customer service....if your rating is an F, as theirs is. I've dealt with the public all my life, and you take care of you customers. Sometimes you have to give a little for it to pay off in the long run. If insurance didn't lock you into using this company, there's no way I'd ever use them.

      Enterprise charged us (likely mistakenly) for tolls after I returned my rental. I called 800, and when I didn't have my reservation number, they provided me with it.....I was given another phone number to call to check on the toll charge, and they showed me with a different reservation number....that's why I think this toll charge is really someone else's.My entire trip was rural and I did not pass through a large metro area that would have tolls. The manager of the store that I rented from was too busy to talk to me, and I was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes...that was at 2:00--I never got a call.We are done with Enterprise for good. Too many problems through the years (we were frequent renters.)

      Shady. They sold me a car in 2016, received title at time of purchase. When I went to sell the car in 2023 was told I had the wrong title and had to go to DOL to get current title, which had been salvaged. So I paid full price for a used car with clean title only to sell it for a fraction cause it has been totaled.

      THE WORST! You go ahead and make a reservation, which is pretty straightforward. The problem is, youre not reserving anything. You can call, go online, it doesnt matter. They dont have any cars available but will string you along anyway, wasting your time and patience. I will never be using this company ever again. Whats the point of making a reservation if they dont have cars? Basically fraud if you ask me.
