1 starFor the ****** location. I've had 6 attempted fraudulent charges to my card, after paying for tolls and gas. The charges are for different amounts. Is there someone I can talk to about this. I've called the location and heard a candid conversation with African American derogatory ******** ******** in the background but received no help. This trip was the first week of January and they are still trying to charge me $3, $12, $7 multiple times. I have the emails to substantiate this. My husband and I called back with his information and the clerk brought up a different person with a different reservation number in another state. He could not explain the additional attempted charges. There are several reviews of fraudulent charges on the Enterprise FB page as well. Can someone please assist with this?Review fromDan G

1 starVery poor customer service. Unprofessional, incomplete/poor explanation of services. Accusing customer of not being truthful. No apologies offered.Arrived at agency for car rental 2-24. Manager **** took us outside to do quick walk around vehicle which was dirty and covered with ice and snow. We agreed to his quick explanation of adding insurance for and damage, but I hesitated, thinking that our personal insurance would cover the rental. **** told us just to call if that was true.After calling both his office and the corporate office to confirm that our insurance coverage damage, **** said we needed to bring the car back for inspection, and that we would be charged for days we already used the car. HE DID NOT MENTION THIS AT THE **** OF PICKUP. We returned the car today. **** did a thorough inspection and identified dents that he felt were hail damage. THE *** WAS NEVER EXPOSED TO HAIL DAMAGE AND WAS ***********. **** insisted that it was hail damage and said the added insurance would cover the damage. We disagreed, and I reminded him that the added insurance was supposed to be waived, according to ****** at the corporate office. I told him I would be contacting his company and the BBB. His response was, " oooh, I'm scared!" This immature response coupled with the unprofessional customer service throughout, is reprehensible. The car was dirty, snow/ ice covered, and not inspected thoroughly from the outset. Dents were not caused by us, and were not visible. We have been charged over $118.00 for damage and insurance that we should not pay for.Review fromHelena M

5 starsI found myself at this location for the fourth time, prompted by yet another incident where my car bumper was hit by my neighbor, marking the fourth such occurrence in my eleven years of residency in Highland Park. Dealing with the aftermath, the ******* insurance agent representing my neighbor proved to be consistently uncommunicative and unresponsive. Upon arriving at Enterprise after dropping off my damaged car across the street, I encountered further challenges in securing a rental car equivalent to my own, of adequate size to minimize disruptions to my work.Arriving at Enterprise with frustration already mounting due to my ongoing issues with *******, I was fortunate to be assisted by *****************, a member of the Enterprise staff. ****** handled my problem with exceptional patience, courtesy and care, fully understanding my needs in light of *******' unwillingness to provide fair compensation for my loss. From start to finish, the service provided by Enterprise was dependable and communicative.I must commend ****, the store manager, for his efficiency in managing the entire process seamlessly. 1 starReserved a car called to confirm gave them my card and drivers info everything and when I went to pick it up all of a sudden I needed a major credit card been renting cars for ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* before I make all my plans and show up for a car you promised me that's the whole point of making reservations so on the day of stuff like this doesn't happen and your outsourced indian help line was atrocious we couldn't understand each other and he ended up just yelling nonsense to me this was a horrible experience I cannot stress enough how crappy this business is go anywhere elseReview fromSteven B

5 starsI rent from Enterprise at least once a month to go to ************ ******* for my doctor's ************* I would like to thank ************************* for his the way he treats not only me but each customers that walk through those doors. Such kindness and respect. He acknowledged you when you first walk through the door. He is very professional and have the skills to be a manager. I wish he could manage the store in ******** ******* on ***************. I don't think Enterprise will be disappointed. Awesome job ****!!!!! You are ?? with your customers. The other employee I would like to acknowledge is ***********************. The smile welcome you right away. This man have one of the most beautiful smile?? I've ever seen and it works perfectly with his job. He speaks to the customers get them checked in and out very quickly. I like that because of the time of my appointments in ************. Enterprise you have such valuable employees working for you. It's hard to find employees who first of all wants to work and take proud of where they work. It will show. Ask ************************* and ***********************. One more employee is ***. Her voice! She have the most cutest little voice that I've ever heard. It's warm and inviting. She as well speak to the customers when they first walk in. Get you checked in and out there. Great job ***! ?? Enterprise do your job in keeping such great employees. Reward them. 1 starNever have I ever worked with a worse company! We received a call to confirm our reservation the night before our flight and for some reason the person on the phone took it upon themself to cancel our reservation. Not only did they cancel it we never received notification that it was cancelled so we got to enterprise and found all of this out within the first hour of our family vacation. 1 starDuring my recent rental experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in *******, **********, I encountered significant challenges. I found the manager, *************************, to be exceptionally rude, as she not only declined to provide me with the contact information of a supervisor or superior, but also engaged in unprofessional interactions. This behavior extended to her coworker as well, resulting in unending unhelpfulness. I initially made arrangements with another Enterprise location for the car to be transferred to the ******* site, only to be told upon arrival that this couldn't be accommodated, leaving me stranded during after-hours without a rental vehicle. She said that in no uncertain terms that she refused to help out in anyway. This experience was, without a doubt, the most disrespectful and unprofessional encounter I have ever had in a business setting. Additionally when i asked for her supervisors info she snatched the business card out of my hand that she gave me and tole me to call her branch and complain her to her. 1 starOn February 8, **** I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. My registration was for a mid size luxury vehicle. They provided me an Audi Q3. I questioned if it was in the same class and was told it was. After reviewing vehicles on line, it seems the Q3 is a compact vehicle not a luxury midsize vehicle. When I called corporate headquarters I was told that the Q3 was a standard luxury vehicle and equivalent to midsize. The vehicle was too small for my needs and did not meet my expectations. It is my husbands birthday and I paid the additional cost so he could drive a mid class luxury vehicle. While I understand that this was supposed to be a Land Rover or equivalent, the Audi Q3 is not equivalent to the Land Rover in any imagination but Enterprises. They were quiet and customer service was good, however I did not receive the project I paid for and could not obtain a discount or reimbursement despite multiple attempts to talk with someone.Review fromEmily Y

1 starCalled me "crazy" for expecting them to have a car I called and confirmed twice they had and had a reservation for months in advance. Told me I could pay an up charge for the vehicles they do have. ************, business.
