      I contacted Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van and made a reservation just to be told they do not carry vans that big. My trip is around the corner and it is non refundable and now I cannot get a hold of anyone at Enterprise to help me find a vehicle big enough for this trip.

      This company has broken every policy there is in there own writing. When we rented a car from them it's in the policy that we are allowed 30 day to rent the vehicle pay when returned and if over 30 days then there's late fees however that's nor the case. They pressed charges on us for theft because they wanted the it back sooner cause they had more important clients wanting the vehicle

      I have been working on a claim with them for over 2 years. They do not respond to texts and emails. All the claims from my covered accident have been turned over for collection, they do not seem to care. I still can't get anyone on the phone.

      First let's just say, they put me on a do not rent list because they worker was in her feelings. I been renting from this company for a long time and will not rent no one else. I call the main number so I can get taken off the do not rent list because it was a stupid reason. Have I gotten a call No, It's been a year. I can go all the way back to COVID days, to when I rented from them then I took the rental back then all of a sudden all 4 tires was flat. When we drove it up there the tires was fine. They took a long time in the back and then said all 4 tires are flat. Really do I look like booboo the fool So they took my $500 deductible. When that was said and done why I get money back?????? If all 4 tires were on flat shouldn't I got charged more because it was a Dogde Charger tires. The scammed me out of money and they put me a Do-not-rent list. I might have to go to an Attorney. Know they trying to threaten my fiance of stealing a car. Lol Really Enterprise and you got GPS in all your cars. YOU WILL PAY FOR EVERYTHING YOU REAP.

      I rented a vehicle from this location on February 23, 2024. I left my garage opener in the rented vehicle. I contacted the enterprise 4 times over the next week and was advised each time they did not have time to contact the current renter and have them return the garage opener. Each time I was advised They would call me back the next day. After a week of failed promises and not one return call, I called again and spoke with **** at the ******************* **** ** office. **** stated he was the Store manager. I expressed to **** the importance of me receiving my garage opened and asked if he could contact the customer to arrange to pickup/drop off the garage opener. **** stated he did not have time to contact the customer but would do it the following day. I told **** that he has been giving me the same story line for over a week. **** got upset, told me I should not have left the garage opener in the car and hung up the phone. If **** is in fact the manager, **** is the text book example of a poor leader and the reason why stores fail. My concerns has been escalated to the Enterprise corporate office.

      Extremely Negative experience at Enterprise rental kiosk at ******************** (***):STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, specially if you're renting a car more than 1 day: they will hit you with VARY HIGH airport taxes that will make your rental VERY EXPENSIVE. I rented a car for 2 weeks at $730. The phone rep who made my reservation DID NOT mention that there's an Enterprise office about 1 mile from the airport with pick up & return service at much less cost for the same rental. I went to the kiosk multiple times, emailed the district manager, BUT they all treated me as the enemy and refused to adjust the price. For the following two weeks I rented the same type car for the same duration at $400 from ****** substantially less expensive than Enterprise, and received very friendly customer service that puts ********************** to SHAME.Buyer be ware, this location's staff is inexperienced (they couldn't even print my receipt during final payment), unfriendly, unhelpful, and incompetent. Friendly customer service is a concept they haven't been trained in and have no knowledge of. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND AVOID RENTING FROM ENTERPRISE. Their BBB rating of 1.44/5 says a lot about this company's management style and business philosophy. I would definitely give them a negative rating if below 0 rating option was available!

      Their charges on double talk fees and agents lie about what they are charging. I will never rent from Enterprise again! Better to rent from hertz it seems!No strait talk, no spend money there anymore!

      If I could give them a 0 I would. My car was written off through no fault of my own and I had rental coverage through my Insurance so my Insurance set me up with a car until everything was settled. I've never had to rent a vehicle before so I don't know what is the typical process is and I was still visibly shaken about the circumstances surrounding the loss of my car which I stupidly relayed to the employee at time of pickup. He noted the type of damage we were looking for and I agreed that the car didn't have specified damage. On return I'm being blamed for damage I wasn't told we should be noting which was already on the vehicle at pickup and the same man is trying to persuade me to just claim as a hit and run and pay for the deductible.I feel like I was just a ****,an easy target and like they think I should just accept it and pay for something that didn't happen while I had the rental. I'm a Mother of two in an economy that is very unforgiving, I don't have extra money to pay for repairs not caused while in my possession. Do not support this company, they are committing insurance fraud on unsuspecting customers because they missed it on a previous renters inspection.

      For the ****** location. I've had 6 attempted fraudulent charges to my card, after paying for tolls and gas. The charges are for different amounts. Is there someone I can talk to about this. I've called the location and heard a candid conversation with African American derogatory ******** ******** in the background but received no help. This trip was the first week of January and they are still trying to charge me $3, $12, $7 multiple times. I have the emails to substantiate this. My husband and I called back with his information and the clerk brought up a different person with a different reservation number in another state. He could not explain the additional attempted charges. There are several reviews of fraudulent charges on the Enterprise FB page as well. Can someone please assist with this?
