      Worst most unprofessional service. I was bullied and harassed by their young inexperienced employee ************************* because she didnt want to hear my complaints about their service after she asked me how everything was. Not only she yelled at me and told me to get out yes! She told me to get out she threatened me that she would put me on a do not rent list! I filed a complained with their regional manager and the better business bureau! I will be filing a personal complaint against her.

      Highly deceitful. Fabricated fees. Cars in poor mechanical condition. Incompetent, unethical staff. Employees, like the company, were liars. Stole personal property from the car.

      Got stuck with a car from here after my car got put in the body shop. Car's windshield wipers are intermittently coming on and off, and the windshield wiper motor is failing. Was literally told they couldn't put me in anything else and told me to take it to the car shop myself. After driving 50 minutes across town, they called back and said that I could drop it off in the morning. Oh and it is absolutely down pouring rain all the way there and back home, just to take it there in the morning and make that trip again in the pouring rain with hardly any windshield wipers. Not only poor customer service, but put me at risk with no other vehicle to drive but theirs.

      Customer Alert - If renting a car from this location, check for damage completely. In my experience, even the undercarriage must closely inspected. Ask them to move the vehicle out from between others so you can readily inspect all the car carefully and fully. I failed to do such and was charged with previous damage that was not visible from a normal visual inspection of the car. The damage was under the rocker panel - damage not visible to customers unless you get down on your knees and visually check the undercarriage. Furthermore, the damage I was charged for was noticeably a lot older than the one day that I used it. So, it seems that previous damages not noticed on previous turn-ins are pawned off on unsuspecting customers thereafter.Beware and protect yourself by avoiding this location first.

      Think twice before wasting your time with these negligent people.they tell you one thing and your still sitting there with no vehicle and no compensation.f#$_ enterprise rent a car.THEY DONT GIVE C*** ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.....DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!

      Prepare to spend well over your agreed upon amount and then when you call to dispute the charges, then get hung up on by the "escalation team". The real kicker is when I called back and asked to speak to one of their managers, I was told that they do not have managers in that department. So no oversight? Save your time, save your money and rent from another company. I'll walk before I rent from Enterprise again.

      This has been the worst day ever they stolen $300 because employe messed up my contract I got hit with large amounts like ***** one minute ***** then next minute 800 Im so upset ?? they said if they did not take the $300 I would end up owning $1200 this crazy !!!!!!! Called the corporate office they werent no help lied about they were going call here it is been 2weeks complete bs someone need to investigate the call center

      Just another happy customer. I can't believe these people are still in business.I tried to rent a car a couple of weeks ago. The representative, *****, at the *********,** ************ store was SO rude. I ended up bailing out. The first time I spoke with him, we got everything set up, and agreed on all the terms. The second time I went there, he changed everything. It's like I was dealing with a bipolar individual.A year prior, I had rented a ***** 6 from their Orchards store. The car smelled bad, and the female manager was alot like *****. Saying one thing; then another. I drove down to *****,** and turned around. My trip was supposed to be down to ************. The back brakes were acting up. I made it back to ********* and did not pay the $500 they wanted, due to the damaged, smelly car, and the bad attitude. They didn't used to be THIS bad. I've rented from them before.

      The corporate company received my complaint today about the district manager's harsh, unrpofessional and discriminatory misbehavior. I am a Gold Tier loyal customer for a long time. Several time the district manager *************************** received from me to his and his staff address excellent reviews and feedbacks on ******* Yelp, other affiliated websites. Yet all of a sudden, I was shocked today, when I was mistreated in a harsh and disresepctful manner by **** for no reason. That shocked me, I demand an explanation of his hostility. He affirmed that he is hostile towards me and was completely careless and arrogant to my answer about escalating his unprofessional and terrible attitude to teh corporate headquarters. **** said that he is above everyone, his overpower and privilege allow him to override anything at his own discretion. **************** received my complaint, were unresponsive towards this discriminatory and terrible misbehavior. I am going to post my story on all social platforms and publicize this unprofeesional and unacceptable terrible attitude motivated by discrimination. No other reason, than racial discrimination. I never had any problems with **** and his staff, on the contrary, I was super nice and kind to him, even trying to ignore some incidents, when I was rented cars that smelled like a public restroom and with heavy smell of marijuanna. ***** and blame on the **************** for this chaos and anarchy, that the district manager self appointed himself as teh BOSS and told that he is the highest guy even higher that corporate headquarters!!!!

      consider a different car rental in Battle Creek Michigan . besides ENTERPRISE because management clearly does not understand the “state of Michigan law”.. it clearly shows a incompetent manager!!! ….because they tried to tell us that my temporarily License document issued by the Michigan Secretary of State was not legal, and if pulled over by police, that would not be accepted .. when all the manager had to say was, it was not a document that their company policy and rules, except… I contacted the manager after getting a confirmation from Secretary Of State/police dept . about What he said was incorrect and his response was that he also double checked with his boss and the Secretary Of State and still stood that he was correct, and his response was so arrogant, rude and unprofessional as they come.. management makes or brakes your company how come establishments do not understand this!!!!!!
