      Enterprise rent a car on ********************* in *******, ******* is a horrible place to do business. They were misleading from the very beginning. I took my **** Escape in to my **** dealership in *******, *******. I was going to rent a car thru them while my car is being worked on. They were not forthcoming with information at all. They had the address wrong. They had my phone number wrong and they never said anything about the completely outrageous $300 deposit! I only found that out after they picked me up and they were ***** minutes late picking me up in the first place. Then they said I needed a credit card so I asked my mother if she could help me and then I was told that the credit card needed to be in my name. It shouldn't make a single difference whose card is used as long as that person is present and knows what's going on. I have never been treated so poorly by any place that I've done business with in my life. They were misleading from the very beginning. I, nor my family and friends will ever do business with them again. I'll make sure of that. If I could rate them, I would give them a -100 if I could. They were absolutely horrible!!!

      I was involved in a fender ****** where I was rear-ended. The at-fault persons insurance company took full liability. They reserved a car for me at this location, and moments later Enterprise called me to confirm the reservation and told me that the agency booked me for a small vehicle. They told me to ask for an SUV like the one I have because I have a young family (told them this). So I did, and that was confirmed. Well, the following week I get there with my car seat and other belongings to pick up the car and get to work. They have NO CARS available. This was an entire week later from when the reservation was made. They NEVER called to tell me they had low inventory. They waited until I got there in the morning to let me know they had no cars. After about 1.5 hours they offered me a flat bed truck without a place to put a car seat (unsafe). Then they switched it out for a HUGE flat bed truck which smelled horrible inside. Why are they booking customers and not telling anyone that theyre low on inventory? Also, it seems as if the parking lot with the painted green spots had a bunch of cars! I was late for work by nearly two hours and lost money because of them. Theyre misrepresenting their available inventory just to collect money. Its fraudulent.

      They are offering services that they can not afford. I have a reservation of a pick up truck but when I went to pick up the truck they said that they do not have available a pick up. I asked for a full size suv, same answer, I asked for a minivan, same answer. What they are offering a rental car and accepting reservations if they do not have the vehicles? Someone must control them to do this

      Located on **************************************** ***********************************************************************************************, They moved to the new location and a new manager. After renting on 5 other occasions I rented a car and they pulled the bate and switch scam and then upon return, tried to charge me a ****** upcharge for a deep cleaning on a spotless car! Even the guy who does the cleaning said the car was spotless. I called customer service **************************************************** back. Finally, a rep told me they would not call back and I most likely won't get my refund. They owe me ***** overcharge! Scam, beware if they got your card, they charge what they want. The worst customer service! If I could give a minus 5 stars I would!

      Enterprise traps people into using their insurance and doesn't tell you it cost money out of your pocket. My insurance paid them $1,662.75. They charged my card an additional $703. I've call numerous times. I was told I'd get it back, I was told they would escalate it, I was told someone would call me back. Enterprise customer support has nothing but lied to me. I was a return customer and even purchased a car from them. Something needs to be ASAP before they scam more people.

      xtremely Disappointing Experience at Enterprise ********************* On Friday, April 26, 2024, at 10:31 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise rental airport branch. I went there expecting to rent a car using my TD insurance claim, but the service was far below what should be acceptable.The two representatives at the branch outright refused to honor my TD insurance claim. They mentioned a policy that supposedly prevents airport branches from renting cars for insurance claims. However, when I asked to see this policy for clarification, they refused to provide any documentation or further explanation.Additionally, when I requested their names to address this issue formally, they wouldn't provide them. I expressed my intention to file an official complaint, and instead of assisting me with the process, they were dismissive and showed a complete disregard for my concerns.I am also disappointed with TD Insurance for contracting exclusively with Enterprise without clearly specifying in their claim instructions that such branches would be excluded from the claim. This lack of clarity has led to unnecessary confusion and frustration.Their unprofessional behavior and the lack of customer care at **********************, coupled with the oversight by TD Insurance, were deeply troubling. Its unacceptable for a service-oriented business to treat customers this way, especially when dealing with something as important as an insurance rental claim.I am extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering my options for both car rental and insurance services in the future. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in Enterprise and TD Insurance, and I hope that they address these service failures promptly.

      I had a reservation for 4/224 called Enterprise the day before to confirm my p/u location. I called to let them know I was on my way to the collision location at 4pm. I called back when I arrived there about 4:15 - 4:20 pm. Enterprise would not answer. State Farm, my insurance called, no answer. I was stranded there with my 4 yr. Old Granddaughter.This was the Security Blvd. Location. Ghetto spot. I will not rent from Enterprise again!!!!. When went back to get the car. They had given it to someone else!!!!! C*** Service!!!!!

      I just wanted to take a moment to give this company a 5 start rating. I recently took a trip to ********** which included renting cars in three legs of my journey. After a nightmare with another company I chose Enterprise after extensively researching them. This company was nothing short of amazing! Their prices were fair, their customer service is outstanding and they did everything in their power, plus some, to make the process effortless and comfortable. I can't thank then enough and I'll be using them anytime I need a rental in the future!

      I cannot emphasize enough the sheer incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by ********************** Car Rental. My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.From the outset, my rental agreement was marred by broken promises and unfulfilled commitments. The vehicle I was initially promised was unavailable upon my arrival, and instead, I was handed an uncharged hybrid that promptly broke down, leaving me stranded and reliant on my own resources to rectify the situation.Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue only resulted in further disappointment. The replacement vehicles provided were in unacceptable conditions, with one posing a serious safety hazard due to poor visibility. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the gravity of the situation, the staff remained indifferent and unhelpful.Adding insult to injury, I was expected to return the vehicle with a full tank of petrol, despite it being provided to me on empty. This blatant disregard for fairness and consistency in policy enforcement is unfathomable.As someone currently recovering from a broken back, the physical danger to which I was exposed due to Enterprise's negligence is inexcusable and reprehensible.I implore anyone considering renting from Enterprise to think twice and explore alternative options. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability demonstrated by this company is simply unacceptable.Avoid this Enterprise at all costs.

      This review pertains to the Enterprise location at *******************************************************************I had to make a 190km trip to ********** to visit a friend who is recovering from a stroke, so I booked a vehicle at this Enterprise location on Saturday, April 13 at 10am so I could make it to ********** in the early afternoon.Upon arrival, I waited in a lengthy line and by the time I got to the front, I presented an employee with my drivers licence and noted I would be going with the option to rent with a debit card. She then told me that she would also need to see a hard copy of a hydro bill. I responded by saying that I had rented at that location earlier this year (January 6, 2024) without a hydro bill and that I had done the same at other locations since then (most recently on April 8, 2024).She then made some statement about how the company is cracking down, so, realizing I was getting nowhere with her, I asked someone else for assistance.I presented the other employee with my license, told him I would be going with the debit option then he went into the enclosed office space to do a document verification procedure with the use of ***** Nexis. This is a standard risk reduction process applied to drivers who rent with debit cards, and I had been through the process about 15 times over the past couple of years, so I thought fine the verification will go through and Ill be on my way soon.Guess what? I was dead wrong because the employee informed me that the check came up as failed. I told him that my name is very common, so it would be a good idea to instead fill out the field for the actual drivers licence number which, of course, has the benefit of being totally unique. But he didnt do so which led me to conclude that the ***** Nexis fail was deliberately engineered to get rid of me since the hydro bill request was obviously inconsistent with my past rental experiences and was therefore not a compelling reason to essentially tell me to get lost.
