      I rented a car from the *************** SEVERAL years ago. While I was getting on off the exit to return the car, a rock hit the windshield from the semi in front of me. I immediately called them and let them know, and I contacted Safelite repairs as well which quoted me about $250 to fix, but they needed enterprises approval. When I called enterprise back they told me that I could not get it fixed, and to just bring it back. They tried to charge me almost $800. Since then, I have been rented from SEVERAL enterprises. I picked up a rental following an accident in *****, ** that I kept for two weeks. I returned the car, and told them I would be back when my car was ready for repair. I came back two weeks later and they told me I was on a do not rent list from 2016!!! Keep in mind we are in 2023, and this is not my first car with enterprise. First of all, I am not happy with the store manager who said "I should have never been given a car in the first place". She was EXTREMELY rude, and has now flagged my license from being able to get a rental from any enterprise. Unfortunately, my insurance company as well as the dealership ONLY have a contract with enterprise.

      If I can put 0 stars I would, Im very disappointed in Enterprise car rental, I rented a minivan 3 weeks ago and today they tell me the windshield is cracked and its not possible for it to be fixed today.

      Tried getting a standard suv, called a week before I needed it, non English speaking customer service agent did not put it in. Ended up w a small suv, 3 years old with 70k miles!!!! Car reaked of cigarette smoke! I guess times have changed when it comes to car rentals ** I at least expected to have a car with less miles and newer

      I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car from the **************. They use a 3rd party company called ******. Do not rent from them!!! They overcharged my credit card and I have been trying to get a refund since the 25th of September. I contacted the company directly while in ******** and they were unhelpful. When I returned home I contacted Enterprise in North America and they could do nothing except contact the overseas division and I have had no response since. Today I received an email fro ****** stating I owed money to pay tolls that I went through. They stated that I authorized a "highway toll option" which is not true. I paid for every toll when I went through it. So not only have they not refunded monies due but now they are charging me for something I did not authorize and have already paid for. I have rented from Enterprise before and have not had a problem but they have made a very poor choice of companies to represent them in ********.

      If I could I wouldnt give it any stars. I had a vehicle reserved since August it is now November. I went to get my rental in the 16th and was denied. ******* accused me of being intoxicated when I tripped over my pants. ******* then said she would move my date to the following day which would be today the 17th. I called to set up a pick up time, got that done. Called today because I had not heard anything only to be told they were sold out. They couldnt hold my reservation. A reservation that I had since august. I have called customer service multiple times to no avail. It has been one thing after another with them. This isnt a fun get away it is for a funeral and an ill family member.

      I would give zero stars if I could. We arranged to rent a car from 5pm Friday until 5pm Sunday, and pick up from the *****, ** location near 90th and Maple. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were told it was not ready and they would call us in an hour to pick it up. We got no call, so around 6:30pm we left to see if they were ready for us to pick up the vehicle. Upon getting the car, at 7pm, we noticed they had added on an extra day and their insurance coverage, which we did not ask for. Before we could leave town we had to GO BACK to the Enterprise and inquire about our invoice. The employee said she took off the extra day and the insurance, but we would not be refunded until we returned the car. That was nearly $200 we would not have to travel with because they are unable to be transparent with what they are charging in the moment you pick up the vehicle. We got the car back to the Enterprise at 4:30pm on Sunday, and were told we would receive our final invoice on Monday. Days later when we FINALLY can see what we were charged, we saw that the extra day was added back onto the invoice. So now a week after we originally picked up the vehicle, we had to return to the Enterprise AGAIN to ask why these charges were added on when the vehicle has dropped off 19 hours before they claimed it was. We will NEVER be using this location for rental vehicles again, and I highly doubt we will ever use Enterprise again after this experience.

      We reserved a luxury vehicle online and then phoned Enterprise to confirm the reservation. Since this was our first time reserving a luxury vehicle (that category was at a great sale price) we called Enterprise to double-check that everything was in order and specifically asked if we could book the additional insurance over the phone - we were told that insurance is purchased when we pick up the vehicle. We travel to ***************** a couple times per year and always rent from Enterprise hence, we thought we were quite familiar with their process. When we arrived at midnight, after a long flight with our four children (age seven and under), we were told that since we had reserved a luxury vehicle, we would need to provide proof of insurance from our own vehicle insurance company. Shocked and surprised, we explained that we did not bring the documentation because we did not know it was required. The agent commented "didn't someone call you?" then, advised us to contact our insurance company, to which we laughed - it would be impossible to contact our company at midnight on a Sunday. Luckily, they had another vehicle available so, at least we were not stranded. We contacted Enterprise the following day to express our concerns that we had not been fully informed of the requirements for the vehicle. They said that it was our "responsibility to understand the conditions of a rental". That aggravated us, we had phoned Enterprise, we specifically inquired about insurance. The agent then contradicted the Enterprise employee from the previous night, commenting that "they do not phone hundreds of customers per day to inform them of every detail of a rental", then he basically hung up on us. My concern boils down to this: If Enterprise cannot resolve a simple issue such as this (all we wanted was an apology), how can we trust them to be there when we really need them? Such as in an accident? We will use another rental company with better customer service from now on.

      This place doesn't even deserve a single star, what an awful place with terrible customer service. First of all they are extremely rude and don't listen or care about a single word you say and in top of that they lie through their teeth at an opportunity. I asked them for a sedan, they gave me an ***, the *** had issues day 1 of them giving it to me so I returned it for a new vehicle and once again I asked them for a sedan, *** told me confidently yes of course I can do that for you, I get there and they give me another suv and say I never asked for anything else. They call me a few days later and ask me if I'm going to return the broken suv THAT I ALREADY RETURNED, I don't get how hard it is to keep track of your vehicles being a car rental service. Finally I've just had enough and returned their rental just to be done with them. I start getting all these receipts I'm my email for toll charges even though I used my own ezpass and I explained that to them not once but twice then the next day they proceeded to charge me a second time for the same receipt. Filed a complaint to them and gave them all the proof they needed including receipts and my ezpass history, not a single response so I called them and the guy had the audacity to sit there and lie to me saying he's called me and I don't answer my phone, I always answer, I have a call log and not a single missed call from them. So a warning to anyone thinking about renting through them, DONT, they will string you along and treat you like an idiot and literally steal from you and lie about everything.

      This Company is Extremely unprofessional and unfair. They string you out on your claim and Kate B**** never returns calls or emails. They about wanting to help. My claim is over 4 months old and have not been resolved. I am in the process of getting legal help. The drive of the rental truck did not have a green card or current driver license. Cover up because they allow this person to drive and rent a truck without valid credentials.

      I went to enterprise for a rental the first rental tires air kept coming out the second rental had a smell and was to small for my family size why I took the second rental is because I had to get to work I went to the one on ********** I guess it was the manager told me he would call and give me a time this is some ******** I will never deal with enterprise again after this terrible experience
