They don't deserve even a one star! My husband, who has had a stroke, several back surgeries and recovering from lung cancer made a reservation to pick up a vehicle from Enterprise and he requested adaptive equipment on his vehicle (directional and spin knob) which he confirmed 2 days prior to picking up. He landed in ************ and was picking up the car at the airport. The car was not ready, there is no where for him to sit (they left him outside of the car) and was it would be 45 minutes before they could get the equipment on. When they finally got the car ready, it was discovered that they put the wrong adaptive equipment on, they put on a hand brake, which would have been a complete failure as he can't use his left hand. They then had to get another vehicle, the proper equipment and reinstall in the new vehicle. A 7 o'clock reservation turned into an 11 o'clock reservation and he was still ************************************************************* drink. He missed an entire evening with his daughter as well as her now going to be exhausted for work because he didn't arrive until midnight. This is not how disabled persons should be treated! His disabilities are many and cause quite a bit of discomfort, nerve pain (stroke), back pain (can't stand for more than a few minutes). This is completely unacceptable and they need to be held accountable.

As a former customer and employee of this firm, I urge my family and friends to avoid doing business with Enterprise. Here's why:1. **Credit Card Issues**: Enterprise keeps your credit card on file and may charge you without permission if there are disputes later. Customers have been forced to pay thousands for rental cars they thought were complimentary during car servicing if the dealership missed payments.2. **Car Condition Documentation**: Always take photos of the car before driving off the lot. The company often blames pre-existing damages on the next client. Protect yourself by documenting the cars condition.3. **Protection Plans**: If you buy their coverage and something happens to the car, provide only the bare minimum explanation when returning it. The company often looks for reasons to void the protection plan, so be cautious and concise.4. **Survey Submissions**: Submit surveys directly to Enterprises headquarters via email or phone. Avoid the email surveys they send, as these only reach the manager who rented you the problematic car.I hope this helps you make an informed decision and that Enterprise changes its practices, which are currently very concerning.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Enterprise during my recent car rental experience. I booked a full-size vehicle through my insurance, but upon arriving to pick it up, I was informed that no full-size cars were available. Instead, I was given a small-size vehicle, which does not meet my needs.I accepted the smaller vehicle due to the urgency of needing transportation, but I have been trying to rectify this situation for the past 3 to 4 days. Despite numerous calls and emails to Enterprise, I have received no response. This lack of communication and support is highly unprofessional and frustrating.I have an important trip out of town coming up and urgently need the full-size vehicle I originally reserved, as I will be traveling with 5 people. The disregard for my situation and the failure to provide the appropriate vehicle is unacceptable. I feel completely ignored and undervalued as a customer.

DONT PICK THIS PLACE, choose another. |just finished having a pointless, unsympathetic and un empathetic conversation with a manager that tells me, "me and you should already know what the bill would be and it still has to get pay". I have no problem paying what I owe but the rep said one thing and lead me to believe I would pay what I owe on the day of return and get my deposit back. I bring the car back and she repeats the same thing and leaves me waiting. I call them back. She says because I used my credit card it takes time and it will be returned back. Mind you I didn't use a credit card it was debt and I'm still lead to believe I'm going to receive my deposit. The manager explains to me where the deposit went. Doesn't acknowledge what the rep did and makes me feel like I'm demanding my deposit back. The call was pointless and I blame myself. I should have went to another enterprise as the *********************************************************************** has a bunch of negative comments. So just know they will keep your deposit or use it towards any balance. Just wish I would have been told this as I am still dealing with a stolen car and have to dot my l's and cross my T's.

My name is ***************************** every year for the past 10 each year we have rented a 12 passenger van and every year there a problem when it's time for pic up. We booked our van a year in advance when I went to pick up the van I was told it had been impounded in *****. We were told they had no more vans but would try to find one. About 330 tre from enterprise called me and said he found a van in ******** I could go pick that van up. I was offered an enterprise car to go get the van I had to drive my own vehicle to ******** and the location closed 530 I live in ******************* is about an hour and a half in O'clock traffic. I did get the van which was on empty not only did I have to fill up my vehicle I had to fill up the van to get it home. Due to that inconvenience we were given a discount for next year 2024 of $450 for the week. We have a receipt with that price quoted. However enterprise refuses to honor the discount I have reached out to corporate and district with no results. The fact that I have a paper that they will not honor I plan to seek legal advise because I have the proof on paper.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car *********************************** **** Location-Renter Beware!!! This branch displays Dishonest Business Practices, Non-Transparent Pricing, Rushed Check Ins to pick up vehicles for **************** of Rented Vehicles. Cleaning & checking of vehicles is poor (10 minutes or less timeframe)before being rented out to next customer. (Dirty, Stinky interiors, trunks aren't properly vacuumed or cleaned)Vehicle gas tanks are only half full at time of new rental period. Vehicles overdue for maintenance as per vehicles built in maintenance minder on the in-dash display).Poor Tire Tread (low to none) so that should definitely be a safety issue.Upon calling to discuss issues or dispute pricing for the rental period, the answer given to the customer for overage charges is a blanket answer of, its the taxes.Wont try to rectify issues or help customer in any capacity.Just 0/0, would not recommend. Stay away from this location and this rental car company, if possible.

Unprofessional, bad service and unethical business practices. A rental was arranged by an insurance company after automotive claim. Enterprise met me at the Tesla collision center with a VW Atlas. As I was loading my stuff in, I commented to the rep that the vehicle smelled like cigarettes. The rep stated that by time he noticed it, he was already by me; hard to believe since I noticed it as soon as I opened the door, without actually sitting inside. The rep also mentioned that if it ends up bothering me, they would drive a replacement vehicle to me the next day. When walking around and inspecting the vehicle, I noticed several scratches and paint chips that the rep ******* I signed his tablet, let him scan my credit card for a deposit and was told that I would get the rental agreement via email. I asked if he would email me a copy of the damage report and was told yes. As I was driving home, I noticed that I received an email from Enterprise; it was the rental contract but not the damage report. I called into the local office to ask about the damage report and was told that it is an internal document and not shared with customers. I stated that I was entitled to copies of everything I signed, plus asked what proof do I have that any damage was there prior to my rental if I do not have it documented. Again I was told that it is an internal document and nothing could be done. I asked that the district manager call me, and was told that he would. The local Enterprise office and not the manager called the next morning and inquired about the rental, I mentioned that the car still smelled of cigarettes and was told I could drive it to the office to exchange it; again, the original rep said that they would drive the replacement to me.On Monday I called Enterprise ************** explained my complaint and was told that they would have ether the District or Regional Manager call me. It has been a day and a half and still no one has bothered to call.

BEWARE of rental cars with pre-existing damage at the ***********!!! This is a potential business scam. I already paid $1k from insurance for a car returned with a dent I was told was done while I had it, now I do a walk-around since I was suspicious, and sure enough, another large dent. The car was marked as "No damage confirmed by Customer" even after I told them. Phone calls complaining about this have not gone anywhere. A shame, but RENTER BEWARE.

My rental car died on me and I brought it back to enterprise. They told me they wouldnt be able to get me into another car because there were reservations ahead of me. I asked what I was supposed to do since the car died in their parking lot. They could just shrug their shoulders.
