      contact information ************ reservation or rental agreement number 4S95QP I experience the worst customer service at this location on yesterday: *******************************************************************************************************. I made a reservation for 12:30pm to pick up a car for a week vacation and after watching everyone else be waited on; calling Enterprise customer care number, and speaking to the branch manager I was told because I made my reservation the same day that basically my reservation was no good. I was then even more insulted when I was offered a vehicle that had just had a claim placed on it to drive. I waited over 1hr 30 minutes...(arrived by **** at 12:18 ahead of my appointment time because this branch is under staffed) and then was made to feel by your branch manager I had did something wrong. The level of customer service I received on yesterday was below standard and this issue should be addressed with your staff and a formal apology given to me.

      I called to modify an existing reservation online and was given a price. When I had not received the confirmation information, I called back to be told that the price I was given was incorrect by over 300 dollars. I asked for a reduction since it wasnt my fault that the agent was incompetent, and despite being escalated nothing was done. I will never rent from them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

      I rented a 2023 ****** Corolla from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at their satellite office inside of Car Crafters at ************************************ on April 10, 2024, while my car was being repaired at Car Crafters. I returned the rental car and keys to the Car Crafters front desk on April 19, when my car was done being repaired following the approval to do so by an Enterprise representative. Despite this, I received several calls from the Enterprise branch manager, the Area Rental Manager, ***************************** and other reps from Enterprise on June 12, *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I had to take time off work to file my own police report, make over 30 phone calls to research various things such as how to get the surveillance footage from Car Crafters. I found out who handles the surveillance and requested footage be pulled why couldnt Enterprise do this before treating me like a criminal and harassing me? Thankfully, the surveillance footage was able to get pulled even though 30+ days passed since returning the car. The next day on June 13th, I received a phone call from ***************************** the Enterprise Area Rental Manager again saying the surveillance footage showed one of their very own employees driving off in the rental car and although they still didnt know where this rental car was, they were able to verify I didnt steal it. Enterprise's mishandling of their records, processes, procedures and poor management led to this extremely stressful situation. If it werent for the surveillance footage, they would still be harassing me and treating me like a criminal about their missing car. All I got was a lousy apology about the confusion from ***************************** regarding this whole ordeal. I feel I was owed compensation for the time lost at work and the undue hardship endured. I urge and warn others to not rent from this facility or do business with them!!!

      I just get tired of chasing someone to talk to at ********* (area supervisor). Damage was found on car I returned but I haven't seen pictures of car damaged where I dropped it of, only location of it being repaired. Was notified over a month after the damaged was supposed done.

      My wife was in a collision and was the other drivers fault. The adverse carrier accepted liability and put us in a rental. We turned in the rental early and were charged $183.95. Enterprise of Winston ***** NC ********************** told me he would fix this and was sorry. He then asked for all documents and provided. Even though they had them originally. He apologized and said he would get back to me. I message him every week with a Im working on it since May 9th it is June 19th. Still no reimbursement

      I rented a car for four weeks, from day 1 I put my own ez pass on the windshield, I used MY ez pass the whole time I used the car...they NEVER told me that the ez pass on that car was active, nor did I request it to be turned on....I got a parking ticket for 35 dollars, I paid it, now there charging me for ex pass + a convenience fee, & the ticket + another fee ...I returned the car I do not owe them anything....now there aggressively billing me for the paid ticket & the use of ez pass ,when I whole time I used my own ez pass....there trying to extort me, I've mailed them proof of my own ez pass ****** ******* of ticket payment & even went as far as mailing em the proof that the ticket was received & cashed....there harassing ****** WILL NOT PAY EM nothing more....I owe them NOTHING

      my rental car service i gotten from the enterprise in ************ ga on *********** was immaculate! the car was pristine and my kids loved it.....the manager and team was excellent and i will be a forever customer of ****************************** **** for a great experience

      The manager at that location is very racist and that needs to be ended, we are speaking to multiple community groups to take an action against the act if racism by the manager ***** at enterprise of Peoria

      Rented a car because my car was getting repairs from a collision. The car they gave me the engine light went on two days in and the brakes DONOT work they should - they are squeezing. Now its Saturday and Im stuck without a car. UNSAFE THIS CAR IS and it was filthy. I had to clean front window and when I wiped the steering wheel the cloth was black. Disgusting. I cannot believe they gave me an unsafe 2024 gmc Acadia.

      I only checked one star because zero wasn't an option. I reserved a 7 passenger minivan about a month ago to take on vacation next week. I went to pick it up today, but they had none. This is certainly not the way to run a business. They had a month's notice and still couldn't have the required vehicle ready. I have rented from them several times, but will not be renting from them anymore. They never bothered to call and tell me ahead of time that there was a chance they may not have the vehicle. I have vehicles I can take on vacation, but if I didn't our vacation would be ruined. Obviously Enterprise does not care. I am furious at this point with their incompetence.
