      I rented a car from the *********** location placing a 300 deposit I returned the car in good condition and was given 100 deposit and told they dont know where the rest of my money is the accounting department has to handle it and I have yet to receive a call from the accounting department. I was told someone should be calling and its almost two weeks later and still dont know anything. I am going to escalate this situation because this is disgusting customer service

      I got to ********************************************************* in ******** on May 23 to rent a truck that I reserved one month prior only to find out that enterprise was closed after waiting in line there at the counter for over a half an hour. I finally saw a small sign that the idiot that left had placed there so I went and got helped at their partner, and they gave me a Jeep Cherokee Now they are claiming I caused damage to a vehicle they never inspected when I picked it up or when I returned it. I would not recommend this rental company to anyone and will be using another company from now on. f*** you enterprise

      Terrible experience and the corporate office is no better. Still waiting on them to respond to our dispute.We had a rental as part of an insurance claim and the rental agent asked us if we wanted additional coverage for hail in the amount of $38.00, since it was suppose to hail that night we agreed to this. When our credit card statement came we had over $200 worth of charges from Enterprise and so I called to ask why it turns out that $38.00 was a per day charge and it was for 'major collision' No one ever told us this was a per day charge or we would not have agreed, nor did the words 'major collision coverage' ever get uttered when we picked up the care. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they were not there and someone would call be back to work towards resolution. After a week of no return calls, I called corporate was given a case number and am still waiting to hear back. We have lost faith in them as a company and will not be using them anymore.

      Someone needs to look into what is going on at this establishment. From top to bottom who runs it how are they getting cars sending them out and even authorized to do so. They tell the customers one thing then do another the charges nothing makes sense through the process. *** seems like a decent person but hes a salesman nothing that comes out of his mouth is genuine. This place is gross. I would never rent a car from there again. They lie they scheme tell you they have a car they dont give you a quote its wrong. What a joke. Do better enterprise clean up your employees your hiring dishonest people there are so many training programs/classes to help with this. How did you all get like that in such a small beautiful town?????

      They give bad cars. The a/c buttons don't work . They kept saying they don't have no cars available . They cars they had in back was damaged by storm .really bad experience . They don't deserve a star at all

      To whom it may concern,I am and have been a corporate client for decades. Most service is good, but never overwhelmingly fantastic. My last rental on June 5-10, 2024 causes me grave concerns over Enterprise Rent a car's commitment to quality and service. Their procedures for a non-serviceable vehicle while in the midst of the agreement is subpar. Furthermore, the local Enterprise was also extremely unhelpful. As a result of poor management, quality and customer service, my safety was compromised. To summarize, my Enterprise car broke down while out of town. The Enterprise service number, in conjunction with the local Enterprise vendor was absolutely useless. No promises were kept and customer service failed. Inevitably, I finally received a piece of c*** ***** Spark with bad brakes, speakers and smelled like smoke. My original car size was full size due to the interstate travel. The ***** Spark is not a safe vehicle to traverse the interstate system. More importantly, the car choice I started with was not honored. Lastly, I contacted the customer service number. The employee stated that I would receive a follow-up phone call, which never happened. Enterprise should be ashamed of their service across the board. This is a complete failure of which I believe to be inherent of Enterprise's management. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

      Bad customer service to customer.

      Agents are rude to customer.

      They can call a customer to the phone but not able to tell us what is needed when we go in to the office. To get a car, and don't let us know what cards are acceptable.

      Told me to go open a bank account.

      The only bank I have is chime.

      An temporary card are not accepted but they did not tell me that when I was in their office.


      Thank you BBB. Just wanted let you know about enterprise customer service.

      Enterprise Rent A Car has a faulty requirement of not accepting a debit card deposit from my trustee account. My name is not on the card, but the trustee, a friend and our accountant is on the card. He even brought the checkbook and that was not allowed either.THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      I never had a problem with Enterprise and its subsidiaries, until I received a citation. I rapidly called the number and followed the instructions on how to pay the citation, which was paid on the same day. A month later I observed that they charged me an extra fee for the same citation, which I had already paid. Called and filed complaint. The representative ******** asked for bank statements which I provided, then said it was not enough. I went to the website and produced the bills. not enough. I requested we speak on the phone and was rebuffed. Finally I called another who found everything and fixed it. Never received a sorry or a call. They literally stole my money and I went through h*** to retrieve it.

      Horrible customer service. I reserved a vehicle 5/15/2024. Called 6/19/2024 to change time of pickup was told it was authorized. Went to pick up our vehicle was never authorized, rep and manager were incredibly rude and pretty much said oh well. Had to cancel the entire vacation due to their incompetence and refusal to help fix the situation.
