      Called in at 11am to "rent a car", booked reservation for 5 days. Got a ride from co-worker, drove across KC only to get a call 5 minutes from Store (Merriam) saying- "We have no cars available, you should call a local Lenexa Enterprise store?". THAT is C*** ***************** all on top of having a ripped up knee? NEVER will our family use Enterprise Shiite show again!!! Horrible customer service at BEST!

      Rented a car from Enterprise in **********. Upon checking the car for damage, the car was loaded with SAP from trees all over it. The girl did NOT do a complete inspection of the car. Upon returning it after 1 day they said we damaged the rear plastic under the back of the vehicle. We did not do ANY damage. The girl did not even look at the back of the car since it was backed into a parking space. So upon returning the car they said they were filing a claim with our insurance company. They are a total SCAM outfit and recommend no one use them.And one other thing, when the guy came out to check the car after we brought it back, he went straight to the rear and looked down, like he knew it was there already!!!

      The website was very misleading. Hidden fine print. Multiple fees. Multiple "insurance" fees, large excessive hold fees, terrible customer service, did not care to help me downgrade or find a solution. Talked in circles. If there was fine print, it was so little that I couldn't even read it . Or it was hidden in such a way that it was irrelevant. They should have never took my credit card if they weren't ready to charge it. Because of dropped pending fees I could no longer afford the vehicle that I thought was already paid. Also I probably wouldn't have been able to afford it regardless because of the $300 fee that was hidden in the fine print. So tired of companies being misleading and telling me they're going to charge me one thing when they turn around and want to charge me another.

      this location customer service ***** Traiven Maple your attitude is poor.... it's wasn't my mother's fault that there was a dispensary with the insurance company you was definitely rude and condescending my mother is a little elder shes really don't do all that emailing and things but anyway she didn't know that the rental was suppose to be turn in on June the 28th and she didn't know they was trying to get in contact with her so when they did got in contact with her on July 3rd they told her to turning the vehicle which s he did they told her if the insurance company straight everthing she will be fine well here today they insurance company extend the rental and cover the pass due balance of ****** Traiven Maple told us that she was added to the no rental list we spoke with managers from customer service and they stated that she was not on the list one of the rep name ****** she ask to do a 3 way call with the claim rep to have her extend the dates so we could've get the rental however Traiven Maple was still being rude and speaking to us like we was illiterate he even said I don't know what part you not understanding like say it like this so you can he even told me making a payment and extending a date out is the same.. I told him that the people over the phone said that she was not on that list he stated that she will be and cant nobody go over him like she wasn't trying to steal the car and she got it right with the insurance and ************* the branch rental manager ***** as ever and to say he's a black man he act really ugly with his own kind but good job to ** that work there we need more young black respectful young man like you....oh not mention ************* wasn't only being rude to us he also was rude to another elder woman who was sooo sweet prior to speaking with my mother!!!!!       I went to enterprise looking to finance a vehicle i was interested in on the sales side I sat down with a rep provide all my information besides my social number because I explained I didnt want my credit ran if I didnt like the car after I took it for a test drive rep decided to go get the mgr he pulls the car up opens all the doors allowing me to look which I had already done with the rep then says unfortunately I wont be able to test drive the vehicle today because he smells alcohol now . I went straight there after getting off a 10hr shift had not been drinking anything at all . I feel discriminated again and humiliated to have even been told that. I feel like this was a tactic due to me not allowing them to run my credit . As a customer I have been treated as such with respect and should be able to shop around before I decide if Id like to make a purchase the experience given to me was very distasteful. I told the mgr I didnt want the vehicle after such experience

      You really have to read the fine print as they like to hide fees inside the contract for your reservation. You can be charged a deposit of $300 up to $1,500 depending on your location. This is not disclosed during your cost estimate when making a reservation. If you are on a budget or limited on your funds you will not be aware of this extra fee until it's time for you to pay. At no point during the transaction are you made aware unless you read about 20 paragraphs in to find out about the deposit. Call your local branch where you have placed your reservation and find out how much that deposit is and budget accordingly.

      They told me one thing and did another. ***************** told me I could buy leases out (on speakerphone with 5 witnesses) and I moved vehicles around the country at a cost of $5,000 for plane tickets and drivers, gas, tolls, hotels, etc, and 10 days later they **** and the Finance Manager told me they would NOT sell me the vehicles and I had to turn them in. I have over $500,000 equity in these vehicles that we have faithfully paid on.Of course they take a 20% commission to sell my vehicles at auction. There are 36 of them!Not good service or communication or policy.-Total Home Roofing, ********* *******

      I was pressured and threatened to have pay all kinds of costs if something happened to the rental car while my car was being fixed at the fault of another person running me off the road. Thought it was only going to take a week to get fixed, now it is over 2 weeks before it will be fixed. I have been paying $32 a day because of her threats. I do have my insurance, but she still pressured and threatened that I would have to pay a bunch of money if something happened to the rental.

      Awful experience. I will not rent with Enterprise again. Ive been a loyal customer to ********************** for over 7 years & because of my experience with them at the *********** location, Ill never rent from them again. I had booked my reservation 4 weeks in advance. I had called and spoke to 3 different representatives saying I could pay with debit card if I provided my return flight itinerary at the counter. Im a single mom and hauling my 2 toddlers with their car seats & luggage through the ************** wouldnt go through with my reservation because I dont have a credit card. They said I may have better luck using debit card at another Enterprise location. Absolutely conflicting to what I was told by multiple enterprise employees over the phone.

      The worst place Ive ever been, I would give a 0 if possible . They gave me a car with a crack and told me I wouldnt be responsible for it and then when returning the car I was told that it was my fault and the rep never noted it . The front desk is horrible and the location is bad . I sat there 30 mins before anyone ever helped me. Do not go to this location !!!!
