1 starI reserved a car, showed up at the airport, and got told there was nothing available. I called the company, they assured me there was availability and made a new reservation. I still got told nothing available. Im now stuck here with no transportation. The other rental companies are also booked up. This company allows creation of reservations for cars they dont have. 1 star************ are scammer they over charge for a scrape on a Toyata $2000 plus for a car that was not in a accident even the guy that walked around the car had said that can be fixed with buffing because it was just a scrape.However the est showed replacing a window and doors ?? And number and windshields ???? Which had nothing to do with the scrape at all.And you call this company and they are rude and dont give answer they just say that the amount I hope someone *** this company soon bc they take the money and dont even fix it the car at that and the lie so bad say one thing then another And based on reviews they have dont this multiple times thats how they get extra money ************ need to be ***d ASAP.Review fromMia T

1 starDear Enterprise Customer Service,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Eastpointe location, ***************************************. My recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.Firstly, the customer service representatives at this location seem to lack the adequate skills necessary to work in a customer-facing role. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was treated with utter disrespect and unprofessionalism. On July 25th, I called to request an extension for my rental vehicle, which was granted for the weekend. However, when I attempted to extend the rental for the weekdays, my calls went unanswered despite my repeated attemptscalling 25 times over the course of the week, and being placed on hold for over 45 minutes each time. This lack of response is unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience.When I finally visited the location in person, I was met with rude behavior and was unjustly accused of stealing the vehicle, which was not the case. This situation was exacerbated by a clear miscommunication on their part, yet I was the one who faced unjust treatment. To make matters worse, I was overcharged and am now owed money, adding to the stress of this situation.Me and my family has been a loyal customer of ********************** for years, and I have never encountered such poor service. I request to be removed from the Enterprise block list and would appreciate immediate attention to rectify the situation, including processing the refund owed to me. This experience has caused me and my family undue stress and inconvenience, and I hope to see this matter resolved swiftly and professionally.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Review fromJeff M

1 starIm a long time Enterprise customer having spent tens of thousands over the years. Never have I had a worse customer service/employee interaction than I did at the location ****************************************************************. My reservation pick up time was for noon. They close at noon. I arrived a few minutes after noon. However, one employee was helping a customer on the lot. And the manager was helping a customer on the lot. And there were three more customers waiting to be helped just like me. When the manager walked over, she said Are you here to drop off? I said no and that I had a reservation for pick up. She said I cant help you. Our computer systems lock at noon. But she was helping a customer on the computer system AND she had three other people she would also be helping on the computer. So the first thing out of her mouth was a lie. As she walked away from me, I said Are you the manager? She didnt answer. I asked again thinking she didnt hear me. This time she just stared at me blankly. I asked a third time Are you the manager? She then said ***, Im helping another customer Which she was. But somehow she had time to say Im helping another customer instead of just saying Yes to my question. I asked the same question again and she said ***, Im gonna have to ask you to leave. I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name.I understand I was a few minutes late for my pick up. But why accept reservations for a noon pickup if you close at noon and the computer system locks at noon. Which BTW it does not. Another Enterprise employee confirmed she was lying. That manager was the WORST Enterprise employee Ive ever encountered. She lied to me and was surprisingly rude for no reason. I will not be returning to this location with my business. In fact, I may switch my business completely away from Enterprise. Ill happily give my thousands to another company.Review fromTammy P.

1 starWe had a driver deliver items to the neighbor across the street. He drove on our lawn to get into their driveway even though both of our properties are the last houses before the culdesac. When my husband asked the driver if he would be ok with someone driving on his lawn he just looked at him. When the driver pulled out of the neighbor's driveway, he flipped my husband off. We will never rent a car from Enterprise if that if they just rent their vehicles to disrespectful individuals who probably have a potentially negligent driving record.Review fromIsatta M

1 starIf I could rate this location a zero I would . This is the worst enterprise ever and I have rented with them for years . I rent a vehicle for a 3 day weekend . I was supposed to pick up from a location in ************* and that location reps never answer the phones . I arrived and was informed they had no rentals available even though my reservation was put in a week prior. So I called customer service to modify my reservation and was assigned the *********** location. I arrived Saturday morning and was given a ****** Corolla. Mind you I added extra insurance in case something happen to the vehicle. The vehicle given to me was not clean as their policy states . I want to specify this location because all other have been amazing in the past . There was dog hair on the dashboard. Sunday driving back the tire popped and road side was assigned to assist me. When I called enterprise to report the issues a representative was not helpful at all more concerned about payment for road side assistance charges. A spare tire was added and we drove home. I dropped off the vehicle Monday and was informed by a employee that enterprise usually doesnt care about tires but no one addressed how someone picks a vehicle Saturday and tire exploded Sunday. Thats a safety violation right there it was never cleaned or inspected. To add insult they charged me additional $55 dollars for their mess up . The rep Monday evening confirmed they would refund me a days worth due to the incident and confirm my email . They never sent the email and I had to call Wednesday morning in regards to the email . Then the employees in the office pretending they never spoke with me making me feel like am a liar. So my warning this behavior is unacceptable and customer service is not valued at this location. 1 starBy far the worst rental car company in the country. I have had nothing but bad experiences, and my latest one is no difference. I only took their car because its who my insurance works through directly. They scheduled me for the wrong time of day, called me at a time that I told them I would not be available when we spoke 2 days earlier, missed my pickup appointment by over an hour and a half, was rude both on the phone and in person when I said that this was a big inconvenience to me, threatened me and said that since they dont like hearing that they made a scheduling mistake that he didnt HAVE to rent a car to me if he didnt want to because I had missed my appointment that they incorrectly set. They tried to ridicule me in front of the other patrons in the lobby, saying, do you see what *** had to deal with today, gesturing to me but looking over my shoulders to other people. Then tries to be condescending by resetting the conversation and trying to engage in small talk. We missed a day of wages in our house because of this debacle, and he has the nerve to say doing anything fun tonight? Through all of this, not a single apology for the poor experience, inconvenience, or even miscommunication. The guy on the phone told me I should be grateful he came off of lunch to answer my call when they had me on hold over an hour and he doesnt need the backstory because it doesnt matter anyway. These people are inept. They cant even set an appointment correctly, they dont communicate with me after the rental, did not provide me with a copy of the rental agreement, and they all work in a toxic work environment. There are companies out there that arent the best, but Ive had at least some good experiences with most of them, but I have never once had a good experience with any Enterprise Rent-a-car.Review fromCam T

1 starAbsolutely horrible customer service. They called ME at about ***** to confirm my rental that was not scheduled to be picked up until 5:30p. I get there at 5:30 and they dont have my rental. Saying people didnt bring back the vehicles like they were scheduledwhich is no fault of my own! And while I was waiting at the counter, the employee was playing with a fidget spinner waiting to talk to the mgr. They proceeded to talk over and around me like I wasnt standing there. Finally at almost 6:00, after several phone calls to other locations, they decided to address me to tell me I could go to LR which was a *********************************** that LR would stay open until I got there because they closed at 6. That was a lie! We got there at 6:12p. They were closed and wouldnt answer the door or our phone call. There was a lady inside who heard us knocking and wouldnt answer the door, just saying we are closed. I was finally able to speak with customer service who offered to send me to a 3rd location about another 20 minutes away. She was super nice and said that she would escalate my concern and have someone reach out the next day for compensation. That was exactly 7 days ago. I never received a call back or email regarding my complaint. I had to call back and initiate another complaint. I do not recommend Enterprise. Initially I was able to find a rental $100 cheaper from Budget but I chose to go with Enterprise because of their reputation. Never again. 1 starA reservation was made online and as a Gold Member, I have enough points to cover the car rental for the period requested which was at *********** during Memorial Day weekend. The front desk agent did not complete the reservation the correct way and ended up charging my AMEX account for the full amount. I have called over a dozen times to Enterprise customer service as well as the branch. It still has not been handled dating back to Memorial day weekend. 1 starWe reserved a cargo van from the Enterprise location at ***********, *******************************************. We made the reservation many weeks ahead of a business trip (traveling fashion market) for our clothing store. We needed the cargo van for the number of products and racks we would need to transport several states away.A rep from the location called us the day before we were to leave to tell us that the van was not available. They offered an SUV or minivan, both of which would be too small for our needs.We explained that that would not work and were told that there was nothing else that could be done, and we were free to call their national customer service number. We called the customer service number and the agent was very understanding. They put me on hold and came back saying that they had been in touch with the regional manager for our area and they would be calling me back within the hour to make it right. We never heard back from the manager. Toward the end of the business day, I called the customer service line back and informed them that we had not received a call back. I was informed by the agent that there was nothing they could do, as the manager stated they would call us back and we needed to give them 24 hours. I informed the agent that we needed to leave the following morning, but she was unmoved and said sorry, there was nothing they could do.We then attempted to call our local office back to accept the minivan and see if we could make it work, but no one would answer the phone or call us back.We never again heard from anyone from Enterprise and ended up renting a cargo van from Herc Rentals.Long and short, DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE....they just don't care!!!
