      They did not give me my money back. I rented a car from them. They brought the car to me empty. I filled the car up. I was promised a $35.00 credit and they want said they can't give me my money back. They only want to give me a credit on a rental. I do not rent cars like that. All I want is my money back. It not my fault that they brought the car to me empty and they should be held responsible,

      Rented a car when our car was in for repairs. Upon check-out we pointed to some small dents on the roof. The representative said not to worry, they were smaller than a fist and meets our "evaluator" tool. Upon return, the location manager said there was "significant" damage and we would be responsible. We argued the issue, commented about the reps ********** asked for him to view the lot video surveillance which would show us pointing them out. He said he would have to get back to us. No call back, no return calls to us, only a letter 4 weeks later requesting $2000+ in payment for damage. When speaking to the manager, he could not comment further as it was "out of his hands". Asked for the general manager's name and number, ****** refused to provide contact information. After lengthy discussion he reluctantly wrote and email address. Sent two emails to said GM and no response. I wonder if it was even a real manager. In the process of refuting damage payment request letters with Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit. An internet search produces numerous links to others who are sent similar letters attempting to have customers pay for damages while the vehicle sits on a lot or is rented on many repeated occasions. I question the tactics used by these various Enterprise outlets attempting to deceive customers by saying one thing and then doing something else. This is terrible customer service.

      The office in ***** CA specifically an employee named Iraq told me they were too busy to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car when literally 5 minutes prior I heard another employee ask a customer if they needed a ride. I am a senior and had to walk 3 miles in 100 degree weather!!

      Absolute worst car rental experience in 40 years. Took over an hour to get our car, they had no stock so we downgraded, 45 mins into driving we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes. Called the ********* PA location we rented from for over 2 hours, no one picked up. Enterprise 855 number said driver to ************** to switch out cars. Drove the 90 mins to ****** to be told, Enterprise customer service lies to you to get you off the phone, We cant switch. So still stuck with a car that reeks of cigarettes and we have to drive for 4 days now! DO NOT RENT FROM ENTEPRISE!

      I was charged $350 for a small chip in the window that neither I, nor the employee, noted at the *************** as we were in the underground parking. I only drove it for 1.5 hours and was never hit with anything anywhere on the car. Enterprise found a chip at another location when I turned it in. They said it wasnt a big deal and they would repair it. No replacement needed. A month later I get a bill for $350 to REPLACE the windshield. No appeal process, rude customer service, pay it or it goes to collections. Ill never rent from them, Alamo or National again. Theyre all one company. Used to rent 4/5 times a year. Very disappointed! Rent at your own risk.

      I rented July 24 2024 a truck for 9 days. Used my debit card to pay for the rental and the counter and to pay for the truck when I extended the rental. I made reservations again and went to the same ****** ga location as my last rental. Upon arriving I once again had my ID and my debit card ready. One of the same employees I worked with during the last rental was assisting me this time, he informed me that he wouldn't accept a debit card he wanted a credit card, so I produced a credit card for him. He then told me it was not a credit card (which it was) the next reason he gave for not renting to me then was no longer an issue if my form of payment, suddenly I lived too far away over 20 miles from their service radius. The company website says 50 miles. I've rented with 3 different Enterprise locations and each time I've used a debit card tied to my bank account and same address as my I drivers license. I've had 3 or 4 customer service reps at the 800 number tell me there's no reason that they shouldn't have rented to me that day. ****************** Their regional manager tells me that enterprise unlike what their website says only had a 20 mile radius of service. He says that every customer service employee that I've talked to is wrong. I was a minority in their store that day. I was told to rent from ********. Which is where I was needing to travel to. No one especially ****************** Will give me a valid reason why I was refused a rental. I believe it was pure discrimination I've never had a problem before.

      Enterprise Car Sales worse place to ever buy a car! ERAC Car Sales in ********. First car we bought found out it was in accident and they never told us it was. **** on floor hid the carpet that looked like acid was spilled on them and then covered up with a cut up piece of rubber mat then hidden with another full size mat. Wanted to return car, but they said to late it was 8 days not the 7th day. Had to pick out another car. Car had warm A/C. They said they would take care of the problem and schedule a place to have it done. Instead they turned around and made me find a place to have it fixed. Over a 4 hour ride back and forth to dealership to find out the car had to be left because of the big job to replace the whole A/C unit. 5 days later finally got my car back. My warranty covered the cost, so nothing out of their pocket. Then I had to deal with the finance company, the first car was still showing I owned it and needed to may a payment, then showing I owned the second car also after a month. Many and I mean many phone calls to get it straighten out between the bank and Enterprise who keep telling me they would call me back when it was done, but never did. Talked with CEO about getting compensated for all my time and aggravation to be told They would give me $500.00 off my next car I bought from them ...What a laugh. I would never ever buy another car after everything I've been through with them!

      We made a reservation when we arrived at the business to pick up the car they informed us we had to have nothing but a credit card. If it was let known and they did not reserve our spot I would have not wasted time and money on a Uber to get there.

      Rented a car from this company which i spend personally about 5-7k a year on. This vehicle was rented in ******, ** On a friday, I was called by ******* who I recorded, stated "your card declined, you need to return the car". I stated, ok I will check with the bank, I do leave at 6 pm and cannot make it to the bank. He ultimately stated, you NEED TO RETURN THE *** OR YOU WILL SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN.Since Friday passed and the weekend, I couldn't attend it until Monday morning. He was threatening me stating he doesn't want to work with me and i need to return the car and I only had until 8 am the next day (Monday).I stated that my bank didn't open until 8:30 and my intent was to keep the car and check out the issue since I was able to use my card all weekend. He stated i had until 8:15 or the vehicle would be reported stolen and I would have authorities after me. I felt if everyday I would walk out and I would have the cops there, my entire future taken from me over someone who claims that these are "HIS ***S AND HIS COMPANY". There was no compassion, no customer loyalty, no respect. I answered the phone, while at work, embarrassed in front of all my co workers being yelled at asking me for the keys trying to take the vehicle from me as if I was a criminal, playing it off as if ** really trying to steal this car. I I THEN went to an enterprise to update my card on file, they were acting sketchy I reported this to corporate, twice. No one answered me, I personally know many people who work in **************, ****** for example has been an exemplary employee and role model at the ******* location but this is NOT the first time ******* threatens **** spoke to corporate who owed me two calls and I have YET to hear anything back.I do not feel comfortable going into enterprise and I am currently in a new town for a new career and both of my vehicles in the shop. This was the absolute worst time in my life to get this treatment.

      Reservation hotline continuously gives me a reservation guarantee that the local branch says they cant fulfill. No cars available. What good is a reservation/availability agent if they dont have information? WASTE OF TIME TRYING TO USE ENTERPRISE
