      Approximately 1 week ago, I drove off the lot in a rental car. On 8-29, that car would not start. Their roadside assistance said it would take approx. 90 minutes to get help to me. With the assistance of a friend, we got the car started in less than 15 minutes after a traditional jumpstart failed. On 8/30 I took that car to that Enterprise location and replaced it with another rental. A few hours later that car would not go into reverse, and was undriveable as a result. Enterprise arranged to have that car towed away and it was. I requested another car and none was provided. When a contract is signed to rent a car, it is reasonable to assume the car will work and that any and or all replacement vehicles will work as well.

      Enterprise allowed someone to reserve a car under my drivers license number and that individual owes a balance but Enterprise has me on DNR list because its my number. I have tried for a month in a half to call them and get them to fix it, with nothing but call this number, call that number, go to the branch where it happened and all I do is get passed around and everyone ends up saying Ill send an email and report it and someone will call me in within 5 days. It started off with allowing me to reserve a rental after an accident and schedule a drop around to drop me a rental at the auto body shop I was having my work done. After it being a half hour late I call corporate number and then the tell me to keep my fun on in case the person needs help cause they were on their way. 2:30 comes around and no one shows up, so I have to have the auto body shop drop me off at enterprise location where they tell me they dont have a rental for me because I am on a DNR list and my reservation is no good. They give me a number to call at corporate and I am told there is nothing they can do at the moment. So now I have to take an **** back at my cost to get my tru k that is damaged with a headlight not working and drive it home at night. This was in July, here we are August 28th still with no resolution and a complete staff of people that are lost, could care less and most cant barely speak English. Most unprofessional, sorry, careless company ever. Not only did they break their own company policy by allowing someone to rent a vehicle under my license number but wont fix it on top of it. Then on top of it, insurance is the one reserving it and paying for it and its worth more then whats owed. I should get a huge upgrade for free and money back, let alone my name/license number restored. This is a big corporation that should be embarrassed to consider themselves professional the way they handle business. Not even worth a one star review.

      I am appalled at the lack of professionalism or consideration of client's privacy at the Enterprise Car Rental on ***************************** in **********, **. My 31 year old daughter's car was hit by an elderly lady, resulting in a claim covering repairs and a rental car. My daughter was sent to Enterprise for the rental car. There were three employees working the location: A man, and two women (all caucasian). The woman (dark hair) who should have helped my daughter, took her license and literally yelled loud enough for everyone in the site to hear "I can't rent to you because you have a DUI!". My daughter responded, "excuse me, that was 4 years ago". The woman yelled again, ensuring everyone in the store heard "I cant rent to you because of your DUI". We understand if Enterprise has a policy that anyone who ever had a DWI cannot rent (which we know is not the case), but this woman's goal of making everyone in the store stare at my daughter, intentionally embarrassing her, and making her seem like a drunkard or criminal is inexcusable. I, nor anyone in any of my companies will ever rent from this organization again if this is the type employees and behavior they support. ***, my other company has >***** employees and until this situation our chosen rental car supplier was National. I will now search for a more professional company to work with going forward.

      Be careful how you pay for anything with this company. They will bill any money they think you owe through any card or bank account number they can find on you. They wiped out my bank account without contacting me when my insurance refused and rejected the invoice for payment.

      I should've read the reviews before I came to this place and ended up stranded on the side of the road in front of a ******* as a 53 100 lb woman. I called this enterprise 4 different times asking if it was okay that I picked up the car with my paper temporary Maryland license because mine was stolen. They told me 4 different times that that was okay, seeing that I had booked my rental through my Maryland insurance. Today I go to pick up the car and they said they "can't help me." They said I have to pick up the car using a physical license which is funny because their corporate office said that out of state paper licenses are fine as long as you have another form of proof which I did, I had a passport and Georgia school ID. I told the woman at the desk that I spoke with a man on the phone THIS morning and she told me that was impossible because no men work there but as I was sitting outside stranded a male manager came out to show another customer a car. I spoke with customer service on the phone and they told me they were horrified about what I went through and would contact me the next day to bring me a car. Its been a week and ive called them several times and they have been absolutely no help at all. I missed my family vacation because of this company and theyre not willing to offer a single compensation to try to make this right. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from the two woman at the desk, the male manager who I guess was hiding in the back throughout the entire situation or their customer service team. This is a horrible company that doesn't have a single regard for the safety of their customers, left me stranded on the side of the road even though I brought with me all of the necessary paperwork I was told to bring. Karma is real though and they'll get theirs eventually.

      One if their branch managers driving one of their cars hit one of my business vehicles. Numerous attempts through several different people we have been given nothing but lies in an attempt to get the damage to.our vehicle fixed. They have also refused to pay out lost wages.

      Horrible customer service by ********* from ******* location. I have StateFarm claim and reccomended Emterprise . I made reservation, and I was told to go to location. Waited for my turn. ********* was on the phone and told me to wait. There's another gentleman that helped me after around 20 min. After all the paper work was done. I noo Tired that I was charged for 5 days as supposed to be 3 days and making me pay more . ********* kept talking to me like I dont understand what she was saying. She got upset and took the keys and said she is not giving the car to me even I already paid for it. I was stunned and was stranded there. Horrible company to rent a car. Please be aware. I know sometimes when accidents happens we are desperate. But we have a choice as a consumer. Please do not rent from this company. ********* has no customer service . They are a thief and a scammer. My credit card was charged and they did not give me a car.

      Manager at this location is horrible, we did not get the car we wanted but from her mouth she told us to take this car and then go to any other loction and switch for the car you want . that did not happen , she even block our car from returning to any other location , we was force to went another car

      I rented a car from Enterprise while my car was in the service for a month and a half. The insurance company paid for rental but Enterprise required a credit card on file a security and mentioned will be a $300 hold (Not charged) until car returned. I was also informed of EZPass in vehicle if needed to use, will charge for tolls if used.So, Enterprise charged my card $300 (Instead of hold) during the month and charged me EZPass service fee of $4.95 + $11.19 bridge-one way (Actual Toll rate is $6.94), $3.05 toll road-one way (Actual Toll rate is $1.74). When I called Enterprise, they credited Security hold back but I was told tolls handled by another ***** called ERACTOLL ? I talked a **** at the number given and referred to their website to see charges because she couldn't see details on her end. Website "HTALLC.com" didn't have any statements or receipts when searched with a rental agreement/Name. I called back a few times and no answers. Enterprise EZPass Tolls process **** is a real scam. They Overcharge customers for tolls, service fees without informing customers. Since ********************** have customers credit cards, they're freely charging what they want to. Very dishonest business.

      They did not give me my money back. I rented a car from them. They brought the car to me empty. I filled the car up. I was promised a $35.00 credit and they want said they can't give me my money back. They only want to give me a credit on a rental. I do not rent cars like that. All I want is my money back. It not my fault that they brought the car to me empty and they should be held responsible,
