    My key fob went out within 6 months of getting security. Battery replacement didn’t work nor technical assistance with an agent. But to get a new one, one agent told me it’s $85 to get the technician out and customer service told me it $69 to get a technician out to hand me another key fob! I’m upset because I don’t want to pay any amount when it’s their device that is defective and they can easily mail it! I even offered to pick it up and they said no. They are greedy and are not about giving good customer service. My contract with them will end once it’s over!

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

    NOTHING FREAKING WORKS! THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO HAVE CONTINUED RECORDING AND IT WAS A LIE!

    THERE IS A MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT THEY CLOUD RECORDS.

    HORRIBLE!! I'M GETTING THE MONEY BACK FROM MY AMEX FOR THE CAMERAS AND I'M CANCELING THE SERVICE ASAP.

    The technician sent to my house was not honest. He over charged me, and charged off the account to Synchrony bank. I got stalk with $3736.44 account.
    Most of this amount was for 8 smoke detectors at $229 each. The expert in security system I consulted afterwards advised that my house needs only 2 smoke detectors of that kind because the house already has smoke detectors installed.
    I expressed concerns about the smoke detectors on the day of installation, he advised me that they will trigger Fire department only if there is actual fire. The alarms went off first time I used incense and the fire department was at my house. This happened each time I use incense.
    I contacted the technician within 1 week of and requested to take off the smoke detectors He texted back that it was more three days to cancel. He said he will not profit if he has to take them back. I contacted ADT directly, I was told to contact Safe Haven Security. I realized for the first time it was not ADT that installed the equipments. I contacted Safe Haven and nobody could help because the account was charged off.
    I was all over the place trying to get the smoke detectors taken off. I contacted ADT again and I was advised to remove them if I do not need them. I removed all 8 of them but I still have to pay $1832 for products I am not using. As I continued to contact Safe Haven for any luck, I was advised by the customer service to sell them on eBay. I checked eBay, the prices are between $20 and $50 each. These are new smoke detectors I never used. How possible is it for Safe Haven Security to charge people $229 each while it can be sold for as little as $20 to $50 each. Why do the technician install that many just to make money when he knew that only two are more than enough. Yes, I signed the contract based on what the technician advised me. There is nothing wrong in trusting. That was my first security system and I depended on the technician to tell me the truth and do the right thing.

    Safe and securities lied to me at least the rapid safe Haven claims it’s not on the contract so it didn’t happen and they never do pay for somebody to get out of the contract. I even said I would extend for a year because they were giving me the money I never should’ve left Brinks, I’m handicapped can’t get around it all. Can’t reset my own cameras. Call them out to reset them they charged me. Also, my doorbell doesn’t work anymore. They won’t replace it. It was Brinks not theirs I was told they would replace it. This is an awful company I would never want anyone to do business with them ever.

    Sales rep lied and told me a 6 month refund was best off satisfaction and not service. Also told me no holes would be drilled into my walls. I not have 4 holes and a hole in my stucco. Motion sensor never worked it will randomly go off and I now have to pay 1400 to break my contract.

    A Safe Haven rep came to my door, sold me an ADT system, promised me 6 mos of free service. I agreed, only under the guise I'd get reimbursed for 6mos of service. After 3 mos, I have seen no reimbursement. When I called customer service to address this, they refused to help me or honor that promise!
    The rep lied, his supervisor, Stefan lied and now I'm out $342!
    So unprofessional and dishonest business practices...SHIESTY!
    AAAAND I signed a 3yr contract!

    This company is dishonest when selling a security system on a new build DR Horton home. The rep Huston and the installer Djerry, both stated on numerous occasions that the system charges would never go up and that any parts that needed to be replaced are full lifetime coverage. Once one year was up, they transfer the "contract" to ADT and will not return phone calls. After only 14 months after the installation, I called for service and was hit with service call and parts fees.. How does a properly installed system have issues in such a short amount of time?

    This company is thriving on their relationship with DR Horton and scamming new customers with false and misleading information.

    I would highly recommend that you do not use them at all !!!!!!!

    Worst company I have ever worked with. I should have known when their sales reps came knocking on my door. I sent them away the first time and they returned a week later. I told them my concerns for not wanting to get service and they assured me I would be able to transfer service penalty free when and if we sold the home. The new owner would just need to call and set up an account. However that was a lie and regardless of the fact that we are selling the home and the equipment stays and ADT is willing to transfer service I still have to pay $1,535.76 to Safe Haven to cancel my service because they are a third party company and are separate from ADT. The sales reps assured me this wouldn't be the case. I called over 10 times and each rep was on repeat telling me they couldn't escalate my call. Then I was informed twice, that the sales reps would call me. That never happened. Then I was informed through a rep that they spoke with a manager and the cancellation fee still stands. Not a single person was or is willing to correct this or allow me to speak to the reps who gave me false information. They should be paying the cancellation fee to Safe Haven. If you are going to get ADT service don't fall for their ploy of paid for equipment, just go straight through ADT and you won't be in this awful position I am in.

    I wish I had read the reviews before jumping into a contract with them! The service is horrible, the customer service is horrible and they are horrible for the predatory contracts they push. They are in bed with the new home builders and push it as if they are the only ones that can link to the system, it’s a promotion that comes with the house, blah blah blah. I hate it here and they want me to pay over $1000 to get out of the contract
