    I have carshield and I don't mind the warranty but they never stop calling. If it's not one thing it is another and I don't care if you block the number they call from another number. I have asked them reapeatly to stop calling and I have even told them I will drop them and THEY STILL CALL !!!! I would suggest looking at other companies before using them!

    I started my contract with this company in April. I had a check engine light come on November 8th took the a shop filed a claim and started process for repair. Was informed that I needed new oil cooler housing, a water pump a new engine mount and an oil change. Adjustor came out and said they would only cover the oil housing. None of what would fix the issue with said check engine. The told me I needed a tune up which I had done around ****** previously. Wouldnt help with a rental car, said they woulndt reimburse yet my contrast says either pay or reimburse but told my My contract doesnt cover the pay but only reimburse. They wouldnt cover but like $500 worth of stuff. My total was over 2 grand none of what would solve the cylinder misfire. Company was all for helping get it resolved to fix my vehicle until it needed a new engine then it was all my documents were fake, they needed a tax id for my mechanics. Needed to know what oil levels were and color of oil and so much more. I wasted so much money on this company for them to put me through mental depression, anxiety and my disabled son to miss appointment because they wanted to continue to find excuse after excuse. I had to pay out of Pocket to get my van put back together that they requested be taken apart. So now I have a van that I paid for coverage on and believed their tv ads just to get screwed over and have to drive around with the misfire and shaking with my kids in the van. My mental state, depression took a big hit. I cried so much with all the miscommunication and empty promises. I may seek legal counsel if they dont want to resolve and stand by their Promises as well as tv and social media ads.

    they took care of the repair of my 2016 Dodge Charger once we supplied the repair and maintenance records from the last year.

    I see that there's been many negative reviews but my experience has not been that. I'm mechanic takes the insurance and I'm grateful that I have it. The people that I've dealt with there have been kind and respectful.

    I signed up for Car shield because the *** told me I had 30 days to request a full refund. While I was skeptical, I signed up due to my car being 10 yrs old & I wanted to protect myself against a costly job. While I was contemplating whether to keep the plan, I read the contract fully & found out that I would actually have to pay the $89 for the Platinum plan, for 3 months before I could actually use it. The deductible for those 3 months was $1000. I also learned I could not use the plan for the first 25 days & a certain amount of milage kicked in. This is why I leave the 1 star out. The reason I give it the other 4 stars, is because when I called to cancel, it was hassle free. The *** understood my situation, canceled the auto pay & refunded me the 1st month payment the same day. great customer service!

    I called Carshield before taking vehicle to dealership and got preauthorization for service and was told it could be repaired. Then, receiving phone call from dealership that Carshield declined my repair. I only got the plan to fix things not give Carshield my money every month. I thought preauthorization step was ******** was listed in contract.

    This warranty company was great and well worth the cost. We chose monthly payment and we ended up using the warranty several times. The biggest bang for the coverage was the transmission replacement and rental car. I would highly recommend this company on a used vehicle. Ours was a 2014 Explorer and it was great.

    I was lead to believe that I could take my vehicle to ANY ASE certified repair facilitythe my dealer said they dont accept CarShield.l have been paying $140 a month for over 2-1/2 years.

    I got this because hubby thought it would be good. I got it one month the other I couldn't access my account( online or in app) I called with no help. I canceled both accounts and still got charged. I was told I said cancel my account. Love that means all my account. OH by the way If point A don't know what point B is doing yall are clowns. If A and B don't communicate dam. You guy are a joke.
