5 starsHad the most pleasant experience with a service representative. She was outgoing and very friendly with an abundance of helpfulness!!! I was not happy about some issues and called to car shield. She was great. I thought it was going to be difficult and I surely was surprised with how quickly she took care of the situation.CarShield

1 starCarshield took money out of my account, AFTER I canceled them. They informed me that they couldn't give me my money back, which tells me its a scam. Now I'm going to have to go to my bank, pay $30 to put a stop payment on future payments. I do NOT TRUST this company They took the last money I had out of my account! Im pissed!!!CarShield
