      My son is 5 and loves his tutoring lessons. The best decision we made for him to find a fun way to learn in such young age.

      After exploring an in-person tutoring center and Varsity, I went with them. I'm impressed with my son's tutor - and her depth of experience and background. He's doing well and doesn't mind the sessions. A big plus... a positive experience for us.

      In September 2022 my daughter and I decided to give Varsity Tutors a try because she was struggling in her math class. Before giving the ok on the transaction I asked the representative if I could cancel the services at any time and they assured me over and over that yes that I would be able to cancel at any time I thought was necessary. They in fact told me try it for 30 days and pay $269. We decided to cancel the service because my daughters grade did not improve, when I wanted to initially cancel it they insisted to give it another shot and we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try another month, but it did not work for us. Since then, there has been four payments of $269 and they keep insisting on paying for a service that I do not need or use anymore. Whenever I call to have the service cancelled, they say to wait 24- 48 hours for another call, but I have yet to receive that call from anyone. Of course, to their connivence that time extends to the next pay period and more money is taken out of my funds. Might I add that they charged me but did not set up a tutor for my child if I had not checked my bank account, we wouldnt have noticed that I had been charged once again for a service that I do not need. What I want now is for them to cancel my membership with them like Ive asked several times and refund me a payment of $269 because it was not an authorized purchase from my end. Really bad customer service on their end, its been a month since I called to cancel my service and still have not been called back, I was looking for help and this has become a never-ending nightmare.

      I was a little skeptical at first but Varsity Tutors proved me wrong! I love how engaged and helpful the tutors have been for my three daughters and am so relieved that they are on the right track!

      So far so good. My son is doing so much better. Hes ahead of his Chem class. I highly recommend varsity tutor. Theyre a lil pricey but its worth it. Easy access on the website tools and always on on contact with parents for whats going on. Can also change tutor if it doesnt work for you anytime. ????

      The lessons are so engaging that I (a parent) always wind up watching with my daughter. It's terrific that they offer so many free classes. It's shows that they aren't "just" a business but really care about educating. We have done many of the classes and look forward to doing more!

      Varsity Tutors is great. My daughter loves her sessions and she thinks the interactive platform is fun. There are so many subjects to choose from and the range of availability is awesome.

      My entire experience thus far with this company has been truly wonderful. Im using Varsity Tutors to learn German in order to reach a fluency level acceptable to get into a German graduate program. The first person I talked to didnt pressure me at all and made sure to give me all the information I could need and answered all my questions confidently and knowledgeably. I've had several sessions with my tutor now and shes been awesome by demonstrating patience with me when Im confused, utilizing time effectively since I got the package that has only one meeting a week, and truly understanding my long-term goals and creating a plan to make sure I achieve them! What I also like about the company is that if I didnt like my tutor, I could easily request a new one, and do so until I find someone I click with! This company is all encompassing and knows what theyre doing! Theyre worth it ???? thanks so much for all you do and offer, Varsity Tutors! ????
