  My tutor **** is fantastic! I am finally getting passing marks on my college calculus exams. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is struggling. Well worth the investment.

  Excellent tutoring. My son lack confidence in Geometry because he kept getting bad grades. After he started tutoring his confidence has returned. My son did not want to have a tutor, but after his first month he decided that he wanted to continue for the rest of the school year. My son looks forward to his sessions. I am so happy that I contracted with Varsity Tutors.

  Excellent tutoring system that we have been using for my daughter math tutoring (Junior at High School). Our Varsity tutor, *****, explains very well and fits my daughter's style of learning, as well as her schedule: Thank you Varsity Tutors!

  My son's tutors have been very knowledgeable in their field. He is even able to receive on-demand tutoring when he needs it. I highly recommend Varsity Tutors!

  Our experience with Varsity Tutors is very positive. Upon registering, we were promptly assigned to tutors matching our needs. The tutoring sessions are recorded which is great for 1) the child to refer back to the session when needed, and 2) for parents to see progress and follow up.Tutors also provide the parents with detailed notes after the session. We're very pleased so far.

  I signed my child up for tutoring through Varsity Tutors in the fall. Since the first conversation with the agent nothing has gone the way they said it would. I asked if we would be able to review tutor profiles, they said yes, it never happened. I live on the West coast and the tutor was located on the East coast, this made scheduling sessions very difficult. My tutor cancelled a session over the holidays (near the end of the month), and I was still charged for all for sessions. If you don't use all your sessions in the month then you lose them. Nothing roles over. I've emailed and called multiple times to cancel my membership (I received an automated email 1-week later saying I'm ineligible to cancel after 2 agents assured me that I wouldn't be charged again). I've now been charged double (over $500) for their service that I don't even want! Agents assure you one thing and then something else happens. In addition, if you use the chat, they give you a complete run around and require you to schedule a call. I would NEVER recommend this company!

  Varsity Tutors is a great place to learn very intriguing subjects. I mostly have done classes with **** ******* a Ph.D. meteorologist and it was great! Learning can be fun don't forget that!

  Varsity Tutors are wonderful. They provide great communications with the tutor and the tutors are explain thoroughly on helping with an assignment. Highly recommend.

  After Seeking a tutor for my 10 years daughter last year , I found varsity tutors on the internet and gave them a call , the agent that I spoke with at the time Spoke highly of the company and their services, so I went ahead with them. I sign up my daughter for 3 classes per week in July 2022 , it was not until September before she could get her class consistently because of issues with getting assign to a tutor. The first tutor complained that she did not understand the platform, the second tutor did not show up for her class , the 3rd tutor inform me after 2 classes with my daughter that she would no longer be working with varsity tutors , the 4th tutor was more consistent but would be absent on her own timing and we did not get our make up classes, I can remember reporting that my daughter was ill and if I could reschedule I was told okay by the tutor but was still charged for the class. In the last week of December 2022 varsity place our account inactive so we had no access, no one called us and when I contacted varsity they would promise to call back and no one did , on January 21, 2023 my card was charged $249 even though my daughter was not receiving any classes for about 3-4 weeks , when I called varsity I told them that based on the poor services I have been receiving I would like to cancel my subscription and a refund of my $249 , at first they did not want to cancel the account because it was outside of the 30 days cancellation period , after calling them back and forth for three days complaining that I will not be paying for a poor service they cancel my account , when I asked about my refund they stated that they cant provide me with a refund due to their policy and that I would have to use the hours on the account, I explain to the agent that I already start my daughter with someone else due to their poor service and that I just need a refund,instead of giving my refund they said we need use the hours, they take no accountability! Never expected this!
