      Varsity Tutors greatly helped me understand topics I struggled with! Their tutors are amazing and their site provides lots of useful resources! 100% recommended

      This company is fraudulent, unethical, and flat out liars! 2 previous phone calls - they assured me of my refund of $487.67. My son forgot to cancel the membership by 1 day and he didn't use any tutoring hours!! I called today and the person on the phone said they don't do refunds. I have been waiting two weeks for the credit back to my credit card. Don't do business with these assholes!

      We went with Varsity tutors when my daughter was struggling with Math, based on reviews alone. The reviews were right, our tutors have been nothing short of amazing! My daughter is grasping mathematical concepts that she has been struggling with for years. She hated Math because she had the thought process that she just couldn't do it. With the help of her tutor, she now knows that she can! She's excited abiut Math for the first time ever, and looks forward to each session. I would not hesitate to recommend Varsity tutoring to anyone looking for tutoring for their child!

      This company is a scam. They have double charged me for *********** sessions and were rude to me when I contacted the billing department to resolve the issue. They blamed me and my tutor for the wrong submissions. Regardless they seem unwilling to be helpful in resolving the issue. I was once on hold for over 30 minutes just trying to clear up the billing issue. Do not sign up. Go anywhere else.

      Scam - absolutely avoid. First and foremost you have to realize any sales rep you speak to on the phone is paid by commission. As such, they will flat out lie and tell you anything to get you to sign **. In our case the sales rep conned us into signing up for 50 hours rather than a smaller package as "that would save us significantly per hour". When we asked if hours ever expire we were reassured repeatedly that "hours in 50 packs NEVER expire" and they'd just carry them over until we used them. Guess what - that was absolute lie!! Shocking. Now when we've called to discuss it, the person on the other end says they're getting a manager on the line and then they just hang up OR they say a manager will call us back - which of course they never have. Save yourself the headache - and money - and just avoid.

      My sons ********************* is excellent. Patient and knows how to deals with my sons distractions. Besides ***** is flexible and understands when we have to change the schedule. Were very lucky to have found him.On the other hand booking the hours is easy and the other classes as well. Thank you Varsity tutors! We would definitely recommend them!

      WARNING DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY OVER THE *****!OVER THE ***** THEY ARE ****** NICE AND DO NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SIGNED UP. I agreed to a ONE-MONTH trial for my son. I was never explained that if he went over hours there we would also be charged extra and NEVER was I mentioned I would automatically be charged the following month again. THEY HAVE 22 pages OF **************** ONLINE TO COVER THEMSELVES AND GET AN EXTRA MONTH FROM YOU. I never signed any documents, I simply agreed over the phone...I will NEVER do business with this company again and want to warn others

      Varsity tutors is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have never written a review before iny life, but I want people to stay far away. I purchased 2 sessions for my teenage daughter and got charged for a reoccurring membership. Even after I cancel the membership, I was continuously charged on the monthly basis of my credit card. I cannot get a refund. I have spent at least 5 hours trying to cancel my membership and get my refund.
