      The worst services ever!! They guarantee you will pass tests. Not only did I not pass the test, but their customer service and tech support are beyond pointless!! You might as well not even call because they will never call you back. I called countless times for someone to help me gain access to my videos that they just decided to archive without giving me a courtesy notice. Each time I called, I would either get redirected to the main menu of options, having to wait again to select an option, and then when someone would answer, they would say they were going to open a ticket for tech support to return my call. This happened 4 times! And no one ever called me back! Their customer service team needs to be properly trained; they are not all on the same page, and they give out different information. When I asked how long I would have access to the videos, I was told I would always have access to them. But that was a lie because one day, I tried to see my videos, and they had been archived. Then another worker said my videos were archived because it must have been past 6 months.In conclusion, I spent almost $2,000 on these tutoring sessions, and the videos were made inaccessible to me without a courtesy notice. They should have allowed me to record the videos before taking them away from me.Very dissatisfied with Varsity tutors, I wish I would have never spent a ***** on them.

      Varsity Tutors has helped my daughter survive ***********, and has also given her the confidence to feel she can get through assignments, quizzes, and tests! Her tutor is patient and helps her better understand the material. We have been very pleased with our experience!

      We initially invested in Varsity Tutors for my daughter who is a Junior in *********** but then my son who is in 7th grade saw the ease in how she was able to access help and he asked to start using it. It has been wonderful! Both my kids enjoy it which makes it so much easier. They have both had wonderful tutors in several subjects. If any concerns arise customer service is so easy to contact and always so kind and helpful in resolving matters quickly! I highly recommend the program.

      I've really been enjoying my weekly 1:1 tutoring sessions in Spanish, and have also taken a helpful group course. Would recommend!

      Varsity tutors are outstanding. My daughter's tutor is extremely helpful, diligent and always looking for ways to help my daughter. Varsity tutors will call me to ask how my daughter is doing, how they can improve and if we're satisfied with our tutor.

      They are trying to get $350 for a tutor for my daughter without giving any details on the tutors - $350 for 4 hours a month. This is a total scam. They ask for every detail on the child - and say that they will find a tutor who is appropriate. But, they pressure you to pay before the tutor has been identified.

      Varsity Tutors has been wonderful for my son. They are accommodating regarding scheduling and work hard to make a personal connection with each student. The tutors are engaging, knowledgable and truly want to see each student succeed. I am so thankful we found Varsity Tutors and for all the help they have provided to my child's education.
