She assured me that she would handle everything needed to accomplish the cancellation and NO additional funds would be charged to my credit card.     I spoke with ******* ******* today. Wow! She was so helpful. I receive so many mailers with companies saying I have their auto policy. So many that I could not remember which one I actually had. ******* was so help and said the right things that made me realize this company was legit! It was great to finally realize I was talking to the right people. She was friendly, professional, and knew what she was talking about. Really put my mind at ease.
