    I have just gotten off the phone after several calls and conversafions with one of the best service providers I have dealt with in most of my 90 years. If you ever experience what I did with Automotive Product Consultants. LLC, you will heartily agree. The provider's name is ****** ****.     I canceled my contract about two months ago. Im supposed to get a prorated refund. I never received anything in the mail. I never got a confirmation email that I canceled or anything. The person I spoke with was kind of being a smart a** about everything. Unprofessional.

    Mr. ****** canceled the vehicle service contract when you requested on 3/20/25. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days but there was a credit card payment that was disputed so the refund was placed on hold. The hold is removed after we are certain there won't be any further chargebacks coming through. We cleared with our credit card processor and a refund check was sent on 5/23/25. Please let us know if we can do anything further to resolve this matter.

    We are seniors and discussed over phone with ***** at ACP that we have had a sudden change in our finances so are selling our vehicle so now don't need the extended warranty policy with APC that we had just purchased over the phone. ***** advised that would be ok and she would refund our preliminary payment made by credit card, which was completed that day. We advised ***** also that the sales *** was good to work with on the phone call and our call with ***** was very helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to call APC again.
