    ****** ***** was so very helpful to me, an 80 year old woman with a problem about my RV warranty. She was patient, kind and gave me the information that I needed to bring peace of mind. She is an exceptional employee. With my multitude of questions, sometimes the answers required repeating a number of time, she gave me the time I needed to completely understand the situation and to very succinctly explain the steps I needed to take.     Some unexpected financial obligations connected to the death of my Father came up. Which led to me needing to cancel my coverage, right before it started. *****, (the woman who was helping me) was nothing but warm, kind, professional, and empathetic towards my situation.
