  I had decided within the first 30 days of my subscription to cancel my extended care warranty. The customer service representative with whom I spoke was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. When I asked for a confirmation email of the cancellation that I did through him, the representative was very obliging and told me to call back if I had any problems with the cancellation. I can't speak to the company's fulfillment of the warranty contract because of a breakdown because I didn't need that service, but I was very impressed with their customer service representatives.
