    I was incredibly pleased, and quite surprised that the gentleman, ******* ********, handling the call was extremely polite and professional! Unfortunately, when calling a company for service after the sale it is more likely to receive less than polite and professional service. ******* was fantastically patient and gave me the immediate impression that he cared about how I was treated. He replied intelligently and considerately listened to what I had to say. No matter what companies provide they must have people that care about how they do the job, and this gentleman was the epitome of a customer service representative. Thank you for surprising me with great service. I will believe that the company has created an atmosphere for true customer service as a priority because of *******'s actions.
