    I must commend ***************************** for his professionalism and smiling voice. He was able to handle my request for a duplicate service contract, answer all my questions that I had and made some confusing things transparent. Looking back on my documentations (notes) I spoke to him once in 2021 and then again in 2023 both times in the month of June. He was the same professional and had the willingness to assist me each time. I love talking to someone who will go over and above to assist even though I had a small request. I enjoyed talking to him. Hopefully this review will assist with recognition on a excellent employee and all that he deserves. Thanks Tino, hopefully if I need to call again you'll be the Customer Service professional that answers.

    The representative (****** *****) helped me resolve a glitch with my first auto payment for an extended warranty for our 2014 Honda. He immediately knew what the problem was and guided me on how to resolve it. He was professional and friendly, not in a rush. I had the feeling he actually enjoyed what he was doing. I was impressed.

    ****** ********* was very professional, kind, and polite when calling in reference to my account. Most customer service reps/collectors are rude but he was not he did his job with utmost respect, scheduled my payment, and also offered a resolve to keep me in good standing. He is definitely a great addition to this company.

    We purchased an extended warranty for our 2016 Ford Explorer. It is current as of the date of this writing. Before the company agreed to warranty the vehicle, an inspector came to look it over and the vehicle was was deemed eligible. During the term of the extended warranty, we had an issue with the actuator and upon speaking with a supervisor at the warranty company, the actuator issue was amicably resolved. In summer of 2022 while on vacation, the check engine light would intermittently illuminate. Upon returning home, we took the vehicle to our local Ford dealership (where we generally have all our work done) for diagnosis. We were told the engine harness needed replacing, specifically the wiring on #4 was misfiring (according to the written repair order). Our car needed a new wiring harness. The wiring harness is a coverable repair under plan E, electrical, on the warranty. Yet, the warranty company denied this. Past experience said my relationship with the company was amiable. The wiring harness was replaced. I asked why the denial and was advised to send the repair order, but this was all to no avail as I received no response. In November 2022, I received an email asking again for documents. Documents sent again. In February 2023 I reached out to the same person asking about the process...another page was needed, so I forwarded that. May 2023, still not word. Reached out via email and an immediate email response was received that it was denied and did not know why I was not notified. There is no appeal process for this which is why I am forced to lay out the issue here. Why is this a covered expense under the warranty but mine was denied? Why did this take so long? How come I was not notified about the denial? $1549.50 was the cost for a new wiring harness. The invoice also included maintenance on the air conditioning but I am not asking for any reimbursement of that cost and I understand that it is not part of the warranty.

    My phone call was answered and *** * was the best! *** was able to quickly locate my account and supplied me with the requested information. He emailed as well as sending me the documentation in the mail. Also update my address in the system. Great Service!
