    I had the pleasure of speaking with ******* today regarding the cancellation of my auto protection policy. Unfortunately my car was totaled as a result of a bad accident. *******was very understanding, courteous and professional and followed up via email on the cancellation and returned monthly premium. 5 stars goes to *******.

    I have a family member who has joined an insurance company which offers Vehicle Service Contracts which compete w/Axiom. To make nice w/family, I decided after only 4 short months of coverage w/Axiom, to cancel my policy and give my business over to my son in laws company. I had a wonderful conversation w/********************* a Contract Retention Specialist w/Axiom. Although he told me he was quite a new hire w/Axiom, I can honestly tell you that Axiom made a good choice hiring ******. He was polite, friendly and could empathize w/my family situation and the pressure that I have been under to give some business to my daughters *****. He made our conversation very comfortable, and was of much help w/the cancellation process. By the way, the Jaguar dealership that I purchased my F-Pace from had only glowing comments on dealing w/Axiom representatives handling claims w/their clients. Many thanks to ***** and ****** for the service and support. ********* the line to do business with you again. (Pray no other relatives are affiliated w/competing companies;)

    I cannot say enough good things about ********************* from your customer service department. I had an issue with warranty solutions, the third-party department that was not acknowledging my contract, and if it wasnt for ***, finding the proof and sending it over to them and continually doing the work to attempt to get them to cover my car I wouldnt know what I wouldve done. He was just as frustrated with the situation as I was and if not for him and his hard work to get them to acknowledge my contract I dont know where I would have gone to have resolved this.

    I wanted to cancel the factory warranty for my ***** Accord Hybrid 2018, but the agent, Tino, was very helpful and advised me against it. The Information and justification he provided seemed completely sensible. Therefore, I decided NOT to cancel the contract. I was so happy with the services provided to me that I personally asked **** for a link to put a review. Definitely Five Stars and he definitely deserves a promotion.
