    I experienced a miscommunication between the service contractor and the service facility. So, I called ****** and she made it alright for me. She was empathic and considerate. She took care of the issue and gave outstanding customer service.

    I initially signed up with Warranty Solutions a little over one year ago. However, in the last few months I have experienced financial difficulties. I needed to cut my monthly budget, so I decided to cancel my auto warranty. When I called Warranty Solutions on 10/19/2023, I spoke with ***********************. In speaking with her about my situation she tried to help me by lowering my monthly payments. She gave me an option for payment at a lower rate, and cancelled my next payment. I thanked her and said I will see if I can accept her revised offer, and to let her know my decision before the next months payment. On 11/17/2023, I spoke with ****** again. I once again restated my financial situation, and she immediately gave me a ************** rate than the initial offer. I agreed with the new payment schedule and thanked her for helping me with my auto warranty. She was very kind and considerate and I would recommend this company Warranty Solutions.

    I had been scammed by someone making me believe that my insurance had been canceled. Long story short I was able to get that rectified. I also spoke with ***********************. She was amazing and so very helpful! Whoever hired her...I commend them. I have been a manager of medical facilities for over 20 years. Having said that, I have an insight into people. ****** is a great addition to your team. Thank you!

    Yesterday I called ***** Customer Service to payoff my extended Auto warranty. I worked with *********************** on what I feared would be a daunting and time consuming task. I was very wrong. ************** was very knowledgeable of the system and extremely pleasant to work with. In what felt like no time at all, I made my lump sum payment and was on my way.. I was making sure I did my due diligence in this situation, He helped by researching for information and verifying the dates. He is very understanding, professional, kind and knowledgeable.
