    I had the pleasure of doing business with ********************* this morning. What could have been a usual "get the runaround" call was instead totally productive, positive, and pleasant. I have been trying to get a firm answer about an service contract issue for some time, and not getting anywhere until I lucked out and got ***** on the phone. She cleared the primary problem (lack of needed documentation ) immediately, was very patient while I gathered needed information, gave the correct phone contact number to resolve the remaining issues, and gave me a best phone number to get back to her if I ran into difficulty. And all the while, generating a positive communication environment that lets one know she really cares about getting things right for customers. It is a fortunate company that has ********************* as a employee!
