  I wanted a lower monthly payment. So I was planning to cancel my extended warranty with ************* until I spoke with Ms.******* ***** today (Automotive Product Consultants, LLC): ******* was very polite and professional; and she provided me with facts about my warranty and terms of my contract that I didn't know. FINALLY, she gave gave me the option for a 30 month payment plan (Versus 24 month) which lowered my monthly payment. I am Keeping my Extended Warranty with Big ********** Ms.******* ***** was simply terrific. Thank you!

  Less than a month after, applying for an extended warranty on my 2022 ***** CRV, I had an accident & totalled my car! Fortunately, the other ********** are fine. I called & spoke to ****** about my situation. She was so sweet! The first thing she asked was if I was OK. Then, she cancelled my policy for me. She was so gracious!
