    I am very happy with this warranty plan. From initial signup, covering an expensive repair, and terminating the contract and applying for a prorated refund due to vehicle trade-in, the process was completely hassle free. I would recommend them and with be signing up again when the need arises. Their customer service is awsome.

    I purchased an extended warranty for a 2017 ******* Tucson. 60 months or ******* miles or to expire on 3/12/26. Contract #EVP51622 on 2/10/21. We had the car serviced at a ******* dealership as specified by the manufacturer on time, every time. The engine light came on and I pulled the car over in approximately a quarter mile when it was safe. The car was then towed to a mechanic. The ******* service manager said the engine needed to be replaced. We contacted this company to file a claim since it was still under warranty. The insurance broker said that since we didnt pull over immediately and before the light came on, that they were 70% certain they would not be liable! We were told that the damage to the cylinder walls might have been caused by low oil and in that case the warranty was void. We paid almost $3700 for an extended warranty that this company will not honor regardless of how meticulous we have been with the maintenance and upkeep of this car. All within the guidelines. My husband was talked to in a condescending way by the first representative he was able to talk to after leaving 2 messages over a 3 business day period and was told that the case was closed until we paid to have the engine torn down at our expense ($1400) regardless of the detailed inspection by a certified ******* mechanics report after being given several reasons why the engine would not be warranted. This business doesnt stand behind the contracts they are selling. I feel like I got scammed and ripped off completely. Buyer beware of this shady company and their business practices.
