    Ms. ***** was the best customer service *** I have spoken with in a very long time. The Pandemic did a number on good customer service. I had a ridiculous ongoing issue with a dealership ***airing my vehicle. The dealership created a problem I did not have, before the initial ***air; three returned attempts for them to ***air the problem they created. They kept missing the **** on ***airing the problem, yet kept charging me and utilizing my warranty coverage, too. Upon my decision to take my vehicle to a different dealership to ***air the problem, I decided to call my warranty agency. Regarding utilizing a different dealership and having coverage, Ms. ***** resolved this situation better than I hoped. Big THANK YOU to Automotive Product Consultants for having ***************** Customer Care Specialist, on staff. Great Customer Service! Job well done!

She kindly called me back within an hour and answered all of my questions.
