    I recently had the pleasure of working with a young lady from APC by the name of ***** *******. She was EVERYTHING I wanted in a customer call. She was very professional, extremely knowledgable about the reason for my call and she was also funny when appropriate. I would hope that everyone with a reason to contact APC should speak to Candy - except I wouldn't want her overworked. Thanks to *** and especially to Candy - GREAT job!!!

    When I got through to ****** she was great and got me my contract info by pdf within an hour and I expect hard copy in the mail. The manual callback process for customer service *** did not work the day before.
