5 starsI've tried a few other companies with no response or just drop the ball .Received a letter from auto approve I decided to give it another try and *************************** answered the call took information and it was on we communicated well and he had it all set ** in no time.The wife and I work separate shifts so communication was going to be tough.But he set it up and it very worked well .You need someone that knows there job and goes 110 % *************************** ask for himReview fromAnthony C

5 stars*************************** From auto approved was outstanding. He went far and beyond to get me the best rate on a loan. Love his attitude, he was very enthusiastic about his job. Answered all questions that I needed help with. Even after closing out on the new loan, He still allows me to contact him if I need any further information or help. 2 starsI have a used car I wanted to refinance. I was offered a better rate, but the rep never disclosed that they require load additional fees into your loan, so you are paying more money over the loan for longer! It's done by calling the fee "insurance" that is required for the loan. Sounds like a scam to me. I'm not interested in paying less/month on a $****** loan for an extra $****. Hard to believe this is the way they do business and people are fine with it. Read the fine print!
I only noticed this reading the contract they sent me, not because anyone from there company disclosed this.

Thank you for providing feedback. Auto Approve does offer products to our customers, such a warranty, but they are completely optional and do not impact the approval or rates that are offered. All customers are provided the opportunity to review the contract prior to signing and the inclusion of any optional products, along with their cost, is clearly disclosed on the contract. We have reviewed the recorded calls on this account and the inclusion of the warranty was discussed on a call with your Loan Consultant, and over text when your Loan Consultant promptly removed the warranty per your request. We believe the inclusion of the optional product was clear but we were, of course, happy to remove the optional warranty and its cost from the refinance contract. 1 starMy payoff amount increased after “refinancing”. Also come to find out there were fees that weren’t brought to my attention. I’m having to find all these answers myself and put two and two together. My old financing company doesn’t have record or have access to seeing the payoff amount. The refinancing company I’m currently with right now will only do so much but take my money. So I can only discuss so far with each department. I paid $**** in 8 months which reduced my $****** loan… do the math. I see different numbers on the Veridian app such as “24,100”. I need help. I have no resources. All the research I can find online is only so much. I had the vehicle since April. My first payment was $******, I’ve been paying on time, never missed a payment. I feel very upset and have little control over the situation that will jeopardize my income.Auto Approve, LLC

Once you move forward with refinancing your vehicle, the cost of refinancing your auto loan includes admin/doc fees, title transfer fees, state fees (if applicable), and the cost of any optional products (e.g., GAP, warranty) you choose to add, all of which are listed and disclosed on the contract that you review and sign. 5 starsFirst of all i was really struggling with my payments and the dealership made everything complicated and hard, I read a lot of good reviews about auto approve it was the best decision that I reached out and had the best experience, and the best experience with ***************************.
