  William ****** The loan consultant I was connected with was very professional and prompt with his responses and knowledge regarding my loan request. I would recommend William ****** and auto approve to any one looking for a reliable and fast way to refinance their auto loan as my experience took 4 days from application to loan being funded. The entire process was quick and worry free.

  Orion ****** handled my application. He made this a quick and simple process. His instructions were detailed. I alerted him I could be out of internet/cell phone range for periods at a time. He
  followed up with me through various outlets to make sure I received and understood where we were in the process. Highly recommend!

  I received a letter from this company saying I was pre-approved for a lower rate on my auto loan. I called them, gave them the information they asked for and was told I should hear back in 24 hours. 3 days later and several hard inquiries to my credit report later, I just get a generic message saying I was denied and I'll hear something from the lender. Dealing with companies like this are a waste of time. They bait you into contacting them, just so they can get your personal information and sell it to other companies, with no intention of being able to back their offer. Don't deal with this company if you need to refinance, just go directly to a lender and cut these guys out because they will only waste your time.

Auto Approve never sends applications to more than one Lending Partner at a time, though we will submit the application to another Partner if we believe we may be able to obtain an approval or better terms. If multiple credit inquires occur in a short period of time (e.g., ***** days) for the same loan type, it will usually be counted as a single inquiry by the credit reporting agencies since it is presumed that a consumer is simply searching for better terms on an existing loan. We do apologize if this information was not made clear to you by your Loan Consultant. All of the credit reporting agencies have informative ****************** sections on their websites, which can provide you with more information. Additionally, Auto Approve does not share or sell customer information and we do not use anyones personal or private information for any purposes outside of the refinance.   Worked with ****** *** and he was so helpful! I grilled him on questions and different companies and fixed rates and payoff months for a week at least! He stuck with me through it all, was very knowledgeable and kind! He lowered ** from ****% to ****% and talked me through every option available and how each one may help us. I valued his input and time. Very happy with how it all turned out. Would recommend for sure! Thank you

  William ****** helped me to refinance my 2016 Kia Soul. I got a card in the mail from Auto Approve, my car payments were high do to not so good credit. I called and William Romero told me all about what the company does for me. I didn't have to do much just screen shot some pics of DL, Registration and Insurance everything went very smoothly. I docu signed the contracts and Bam all done. William was very helpful and would promptly return phone calls and texts answering questions I had. So many people don't do that anymore and it's really frustrating. Thank you for helping to reduce my car payment. I will tell my friends about you. Barbara *******
