  I dont do reviews unless ** really pleased about something. I have to say here that I am totally pleased with *************************** of Auto Approve. I had hesitated to refinance my car because I thought it was going to be too much of a hassle. Well, it definitely was not with ****************. He was very approachable, friendly and easy to work with. I didnt have to wait for anything, everything was done as soon as possible. And it was not just promises, I got exactly the payments I wanted to do every month. In ending, I have to say that I highly recommend Mr. *************************** and thank you, Sir.

  Wonderful one on one customer service. I received lots of information. Most helpful to learn I can receive money back on purchasing GAP insurance. Brad was wonderful. Also liked being able to communicate via text when I did not have time for a call. Highly recommend Auto Approve. They saved me $50 a month on payments and 4% lower interest rate by refinancing my new car!

  You sent me a letter with my vehicle information. It stated immediate reduction. When I reached out to your representative my social and other info was given. I was told I would hear back from him in 48 hours which never happened. After continuous calls to you I receive a text saying denied. Very unprofessional and misleading.

  Greetings,Ive never refinanced my car before and this was the first time. I thought the process would be confusing and a hassle but I was surely wrong. ******************************* was my loan consultant and I couldnt ask for anyone better. She guided me through the whole process with efficiency, kindness, respect and pure professionalism. I havent had better customer service experience in general ever, until I dealt with *****. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding communication skills, knowledge and understanding of the loan process. If I could give her ten stars, I would. Thank you for a smooth transition and the continuous support even after my refinance was completed, Kyrie.

  William make the refinancing of our vehicle very quick and simple. Lowered our interest rate by almost half and was thorough with walking us through the entire process. Although we wanted a shorter term than we got we can always pay off our loan early with no penalty. Highly impressed.

  The loan consultant that helped me (Kyrie **********) was very professional and very helpful with everything I needed to do.  Everything was smooth and easy. I recommend her to everyone. She's very sweet and very understanding. She will do her best to help you with everything you need.

  I was approved for new car loan with a lower %, which is good. Then I spoke to Phil which was trying upsale me on stupid warranty (that is probably how they make most of the money on you).
  Told him I don't want any warranty, it didn't work.
  Then they emailed me the loan agreement and of course... there was a charge for $895.- NAP GAP and $2553.46 for NAP WARRANTY. Total of $3448.46 WOW!!
  Contact them saying I will consider to sigh it if they will remove that warranty bs, and mr. Phillip ****** told me arrogantly "good luck". Then they are emailing the forms to sign every other day, ignoring my request.
  I had to block their emails.

  Auto Approve takes all feedback very seriously and we appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns. We do offer products to our customers, such as GAP and warranty, but they are completely optional, are not conditions for being approved for refinance, and whether or not optional products are purchased does not impact the rate that is offered. We have strict policies governing the offering of optional products to our customers and we enforce those policies through various audits and other controls. We are very sorry if it was implied to you in any way that including optional products would be a condition of moving forward with the refinance. We have taken action internally to address this matter. One of our Sales Managers has been in contact with you and will be working with you directly to discuss your options going forward. It is our hope that you will allow us to help you reach your refinancing goals. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention so that we could clarify our policy and, hopefully, continue to work with you on your refinance.

  A week ago, a guy named Nicholas ******** called me, got my information and told me that I would hear back from him, the Monday that just passed. I texted him twice and he has yet to respond. Apparently, others on here are having the same problem. If I got denied then, please, let me know. The fact that he will not call me back or respond to my text tells me a lot about this company.
