      Terrible customer service! They say you are approved then ask for several documents, then you have no other contact from them! I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company. Be very careful!!

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. The terms that are provided in any pre-qualified offer are based on the information available to us at that time. There are other factors that can impact the final terms that are offered, such as the value of the vehicle, total amount financed (loan to value), etc. This type of information is obtained during our initial conversation with the customer and can impact the pre-qualified offer. Because everything is done via phone, text and email, we do need to request supporting documents to complete the refinancing process (e.g., a copy of a drivers license, insurance information). We are sorry if that was not clearly explained to you by your Loan Consultant.
